I had a cup of coffee and my girlfriend had a mochaccino. I would say I am a coffee nut(or bean lol. Yes lame joke) and it was amazing. She said what she had was phenomenal. The guy that was behind the bar was real nice and cool. Awesome atmosphere and easy people to talk to. Will definitely come back when I’m down here again.

Food is lovingly homemade. Coffee is gourmet and the wine? Oh the wine. So much knowledge that is shared freely and lovingly. No judgement. If you’re not sure what you like, they will help you figure it out

Do not believe the reviews on this lovely little coffee bar. The owner was most friendly and pleasant. The breve was deep and flavorful. Local roaster is a plus

I don’t understand the bad reviews. They are completely the opposite of my experience, and if you have read my other reviews, you know I am particular. Great, locally roasted coffee. I had a breve which took me back to Café Regio’s in the Village in NY. Great European-style coffee. The owner is friendly and the place very clean. So glad we found this place and ignored the other, probably fake, reviews.

So, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to this terribly rated establishment. Perhaps the owner saw the reviews and took them to heart, and took some time off… There was a fairly new person behind the counter, Jennifer. Despite having multiple parties walk in during my 10 minute visit, she greeted everyone with a warm smile and was able to take care of all of us in a quick, pleasant, and efficient manner. The café itself, is beautifully painted inside and offers the amazing charm that Dunedin is so well known for. I got an iced latte. The description says a shot of expresso and milk, and that was all it was. I feel like there was more milk than needed and it did not offer the punch of coffee that I’ve come to love, but it was exactly as described, so I can’t complain. 4 stars because it far exceeded my low expectations, but not 5 because it was not above and beyond. All in all, I look forward to returning!

If I could leave less than one star, I would!!! My husband and I own a coffee shop in North Carolina and treat every customer like family. This woman should close or sell her business to someone who actually knows how to talk and treat customers! I have never been treated so badly in any business in my life! Terrible doesn’t even begin to describe it. I thought it was just us but the next customer who came in while we were there was treated badly too. I’m sure if she ever gets a good review, it’s a personal friend(if she has any), or a family member. It was such a beautiful day outside and she ruined it! We were so upset, we kept talking about it for several hours to «locals» and they all said the same. Don’t go there! McDonald’s would have been way better. Rude and mean is what she was!!!

Will NEVER be returning. The owner should be ashamed of how unbelievably rude and disrespectful she was acting. So happy I didn’t spend my money on her business. WOULDITKILLHERTOSMILE!

I can honestly say I have no clue why this place is in business. The owner is quite resentful and rude to anyone in her. Every question I asked her was answered to me as if I was putting her out of her way. We have a home in FL and CA and love our espresso and cappuccinos – her beans are not even good. I can stay to stay away and do not support a place like this in such a charming town like Dunedin. It is a town full of very friendly small and quaint stores and a person like her does not at all fit in, and is bad for the tourist that frequent this area. The owner is the magare, the server and you will know it IF you step in. You will not even be given a «hello».

Do not go here. The lady there is SO rude. My husband and I stopped in for a drink before dinner she acted like we were terrible trouble. We left disgusted with her! I do not want to support a business when we are treated so awful. Will NEVER return there.

Just got a cappuccino here. For an 8oz. concoction of awfully foamed milk and undrinkable bitter espresso, I was charged $ 5.25. I do not think the man that made the drink had any training on how to use the machines.

Picked up sandwiches to take to the beach, and they were very good. Enjoyed chatting while they were being prepared.

Regina makes the best coffee ever. The first time my husband and I went here we agree she was a little standoffish but decided to return because our lattes were so good. Since then she has been friendly and we enjoy conversing with her. We feel like we are in Italy when we visit. She even bakes her own pasteries and biscotti. Yummy.

Ive bee a patron here for awhile and there’s usually something not right about my order. Today I go and am served a $ 5 cappacino in a 5 oz cheap Dixie cup with the foam spilling all out. I ask for a bigger cup and instantly get attitude, the lady says to me, «I can make you a latte if that’s what you want» she says this 3 times to me. I dont want a latte, i want my cappuccino, what I ordered. I had my son with me who was disheartened as to why this lady was mean to us. I’ve never written a complaint before, but thought my feedback might be helpful. This place lacks in customer service, you shouldn’t leave a place feeling worse then when you walk in. I won’t be back.

What a terrible impression within the first 5 seconds of entering the place. I too was treated as if I were an inconvenience. Very nasty and rude attitude for no apparent reason. Very standoffish. I got attitude and looks of annoyance when I asked if they had Wifi(which they don’t have). they had a small table with two chairs right by the front door that I started making my way towards once my espresso had been made(which wasn’t exactly that fantastic) and she kind of almost yelled at me and told me that the China wasn’t allowed outside. Fair enough… Just don’t be a bitch about it. I had to apologize to her just get her to calm down. It was ridiculous and I should have gone elsewhere. $ 5.35 for a double espresso AND treated like total shit. Never going back.

This place was the only thing open and anyone reading this… don’t go there! The owner was rude and gave us the wrong change for a $ 20 then denied it. Said she was in business for 10 years… Yeah by ripping people off!

My mother and I entered an empty establishment only to be greeted and treated like we were a huge inconvenience. When my mom accidentally split her cappuccino on the bar because she didn’t see the lip on the edge of the bar. The server let her know that it was her fault for not putting her sugar into her coffee in the appropriate area. I told my mom not to worry she will make you another one. Only after making the replacement did she let my mom know that she would have to pay for it. I said she had to be joking. She said to take it up with the owner because those were rules. Of course we should have right left then there but my mom being the sweet thing that she is payed up. I asked who the manager was and she gave me some name and then I asked what was her name she said Chef Hazel. It wasn’t until I got home and did some research that I found out that this woman Chef Hazel was the owner.
