Taco Bell

First off, I am very disappointed in the way that the workers talked to me threw the drive thru. I was trying to order a shredded chicken burrito, with the exchange of the original chicken instead of the shredded chicken. Then my order pops up on the screen for an extra .99 cents to change beef to chicken. When that’s was not what I had ordered. I told the lady, I do not want the shredded chicken, but the original chicken that used to come in the burrito. She rudely told me that there has always been an extra change for the change of chicken in the burrito. Which I know is NOT true. Then some guy gets on the mic and tells me that’s how its going to be and if I don’t want to pay for the chicken they cannot serve me. I was astounded by the all around Rudeness I received at this location. I honestly think they were only trying to rip me off. On top of everything, this burrito used to be .99 cents as well and its gone up, so why would you be charging extra for something that used to already come in the burrito???

This location is close to my kids school and we’ve been here twice. By far this is the worst Taco Bell ever! If it was possible to give negative stars I would give this place –2. Our first visit we order 2 cheesy bean & beef burritos No drinks No sides, it took 30 mins to get our food the employee at the window didn’t apologized for the long wait at all. My son had heard his friends talk about the new crunch wrap sliders and wanted to try them so we decided to give it a second chance 2 days ago, my son had a BLT crunch wrap and my daughter had the Siracha chicken crunch wrap slider again it took 25 mins to get these two items which once we got them didn’t look anything like a crunch wrap. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS LOCATION, Taco Bell if you listen to customers please get change this location 100% or get rid of it please.

This place takes forever to get anything at anytime of the day. Tried going a couple of times to see if It was just that one time but nope, this place sucks bad and it’s a shame because Taco Bell is one of the tolerable junk foods I would occasionally eat. Hope this place rehires employees who care about a job and get rid of the current ones.

Ok so they just messed up on my order. Service girl wasn’t even paying attention to my order had to repeat myself 4 times and the voice machine wasn’t even broken. The only thing good here is the Baja freeze. Also two little burritos cost 7 dollars which was way to expensive.

This place has been getting slightly better recently. Orders have been right and food hot. The place inside is usually pretty tidy. And the cistomer service has been positive. I know this place gets alot of grief but seems like something is going right here. O and the Starburst slush actually tasted close to Starburst flavor today.

This location is probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been in. The floor was sticky. I had pintos and cheese with dried out beans. My rolled tacos came with spicy ranch. They put the ranch in plastic cups with lids out of a larger container. I got a bonus piece of plastic in my ranch. No thanks. Never again.
