Ok so I have to commend Storey. She was awesome and very helpful. The rooms were a little outdated. I could tell this was another hotel in its previous life. But the internet kicks ass. 30 Mbps has been the best I’ve seen without paying extra. The Internet speed won this hotel 4 stars. I will return here

Stayed here recently over a Saturday night. The hotel was very clean and the room was on the cozier side of comfortable. The staff was friendly. There wasn’t a whole lot of outside noise within the room and it made for a restful stay. Free WiFi was a godsend as our data signal was nonexistent. The breakfast was decent and about what you’d expect. There’s a pretty good selection and you’ll find something satisfying. I have to admit, I was a little hesitant about leaving my car outside(well, it isn’t like you can bring it inside with you) — especially since the only available parking that evening was on the side of the hotel, which had no lighting/lighting that needed replacement. The front was lit up very nicely, but there were many guests and a party in downstairs, so most of the well-lit spots were taken. If I was travelling alone, I might have been a bit uncomfortable in that situation. So overall an A-OK place to stay if you’re in Duncanville.

We had a wonderful stay. We checked in on Friday night, left the following Sunday morning. As I brought our luggage up on a cart, I was about to bring it back down via elevator and one of the staff was inside, and offered to bring it down for me. That was a big plus. The staff was very friendly and professional. Walls were thick and sound-proof, room was clean and everything worked properly. ESPECIALLY for the price, this was a fantastic stay.

Nothing particularly wrong with this HIE property at all. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, but the linens were a bit worn and pilled up. I loved the older lady who worked at the front desk who suggested that I go to Braums when I told her I was craving a milk shake. Good god, was that fantastic. I was frustrated with the fact that for two mornings in a row, they didn’t have their delicious cinnamon rolls. The two mornings they did have them, one morning they were dried out and stale. I did notice that there is a BRANDNEWHIE that is a couple miles down the highway, I’ll try that one out on my next visit to the area.
