DFW Clear View Window Washing

We were very disappointed in the service we (didn’t) receive. Scheduled appointment times on four different occasions. The first excuse was for weather. I understand that one. The second excuse was overbooked schedule. I rescheduled the next visit, third attempt, for two days later. Apparently, I received an early morning phone message that day that I did not get until late afternoon. He was a no show that afternoon and stated that since I did not «confirm» that appointment, he didn’t come. REALLY? I had just made that appointment two days prior. The fourth appointment was a no show and a no call. He also did not return a phone call that I had made prior to the fourth appointment. If you run a tight schedule and find it difficult to be available or get time off, I would not recommend relying on his services.

Found this business through GroupOn. I was really impressed with Lorenzo’s attention to detail and patience. I don’t think our windows had ever been cleaned before! We were relocated to Texas. He was professional, showed up on time and even called me to reschedule when he noticed the weather was going to be horrible on the day we originally scheduled.
