This complex is very nice but not worth the price tag. And as with any leasing group, they are not concerned with serving the residents. We have lived here for 4 years, paid our rent on time, been quiet tenants, almost never had any requirements of the maintenance staff. But when we purchased a house a month before our lease ended, the manager told me that to «make me happy» she would ONLY charge us 2⁄3 of the early termination fee for leaving early instead of the amount in the lease. She insisted that it would be cheaper than paying out the lease. In fact it was over $ 1000 MORE than paying out the lease. I have never lived anywhere that was so blatantly trying to extort money from the tenants.
