Called the company and a tech named Kofi came over within a short time. When he came, he explained to us what the problem was (in our case, we had spotted 2 mice within the past week) and quickly cleaned up their droppings, sealed any open holes that they might be coming from and set traps and ensured that we will have our problem solved. I was highly satisfied because of the positive vibe he had while doing the job. Good thing is that if the trap catches a mice/​rat, just call the company and they will be there to come pick it up. They also come back after 30 days to check on their traps which is wonderful. If you are having and pest problems please don’t hesitate to call !!! I recommend KOFI !!! (Very reasonable pricing)

Primax is probably one of the most reliable pest control companies in the the DMV area. Their response is timely and they get the job done! I’ve used them for about two years now and I haven’t had any cause for regret. Thank you for always going the extra mile to make customers happy!

I wish I can give no star. I didn’t get to use the service but the work ethic for this company is unacceptable. I scheduled for free estimate today at 740am now is 822am and no one show up. Really more than half an hour late with no call to inform me. I mentioned to the lady when I set up my appointment that I need to leave my house by 830am. She was so nice and helpful on the phone. I called back today and she asked if I want to reschedule. No, thank you,!! if you don’t respect my time then how your company will care about the customer!!!
