The studio is a trainer-only fitness center. Cathy Marshall is my trainer, nutritionist and motivator! Admittedly, this is the first time I am using a personal trainer and I didn’t know what to expect. My motivation when I walked in the door was to firm and tone up. I simply don’t have the discipline to do it on my own. Cathy has far exceeded my expectations. I have been going for a month now(twice a week) and I am already showing muscle tone. The workouts are hard enough to make me soar, and not too hard that I don’t want to come back. More importantly, Cathy approaches this from a holistic point of view. She monitors my nutrition and stress level, makes nutrition and fitness goals that are obtainable and tailors my workout routines to my abilities and goals. Seriously, what more can I ask for? I would HIGHLY recommend signing up with Cathy. The location is up in Duluth. It takes me 15 to 20 minutes to drive there, and sooo worth it.
