Tires Plus

I recently bought new tires and had one replaced under warranty at this location.
I originally booked online with a different Tires Plus. When I called to confirm the day of my appointment if they had my tires in stock I found out they did not. They searched in their system and found that this location had them. I was only given the address. Unfortunately my gps thought the address was in Buford and not Duluth. After going out the way 20 minutes, I arrived for my appointment 35 minutes late.
The front desk staff apologized for the calling around earlier in the day I had to do, plus the other location not giving me better direction than an address. I was on tight schedule so they fixed the warranty tire and rescheduled my appointment.
The next day I arrived for my appointment. The staff was ready for me and immediately checked me in and took my car to the back. They kept me informed of the process and time frame.
I use to frequent Tires Plus years ago, but stopped because there is not one near my home. After my experience here I will go out of my way to use them again.
