Target

Rude customer service. There were only 2 lines open and 1 express line. Each of the two lines had two customers with a few items. I was like well it’s a slow day and the express line is free. Let me go there. I had 10 yogurts and 4 small dog treat bags. I was denied because it wasn’t ten items or less. It wasn’t even a crowded day! The lady refuse to ring me up. I understand if it was busy and I’m trying to cram all my stuff in an express line then that would be me being an a-​hole. For efficiency sake, she could of taken me and other lines wouldn’t have built up. I stood in the regular line for 10 mins while she could of taken checked out my items in 2 mins. Bad decisions.

Workers here used to be really unfriendly and rude, but now they are simply WEIRD. They ask me questions or make comments about every items they are scanning. «Nice choice!”-after scanning first item. «Did you buy this as a gift?”-scanning second item. «It’s always nice to treat yourself like that!”-third item. «Wow you’ve got some good stuff!”-fourth. «Good choice!”-fifth and continued while scanning the rest of twenty three items. I feel like they are trying to get better after realizing how rude they used to be… but please stop with the questions and comments about every items I’m buying!!!

This is our favorite Target in the area. Great selection (well stocked) and great service. Easy to get in and out (also easy to get side-​tracked and shop FOR DAYS).

I popped over to target to pick up some necessary things, It seems I’m ALWAYS caught off guard when I travel.
Targets are TARGETS everywhere. They did have their Halloween merchandise 90% and 70% off and I found a few bargains. But for the most part, I just ended up picking up the few things I need.
The store was clean, the people were Georgia Friendly and all in all it was a good trip.

This is the Target that I usually shop with and at times, I have found the customer service to be sub par. With that said, today was an exception! I went to customer service to price match a toy for my grandson. The sales girl, Sarah, was delightful! Not only did she help me price match, she reminded me of my cartwheel app which I saved additional $$ on holiday lights. This took quite a bit of time to help me and she treated me as though I was the only customer in the store. She had a great attitude and was joy to work with. Too many times, people are quick to give negative reviews but not the positive. Today, I feel she deserves the 5 star rating! (I also LOVE Josephine who works there too!) Target, you should employ more people like Sarah!

THIS IS NOT A SUPER TARGET BUT THAT’S OKAY!
Sometimes I have difficulty wrapping my head around this being a «basic» target. I just forget that they still exist! The one thing I like about this particular store is that it is always occupied. Lately, when I have gone into the superstores they have just been vacant and a bit creepy. This store is lively and I liked the straight forward layout. I don”t have to go around in circles to find what I need.
Because this is not a super store, it is easy to just get in, grab it and get out. When it comes to food items, they have staples and beyond so that you are able to grab something quick for dinner.
When the lines started to get a bit too long, they quickly opened up another line.
Customer service is great, employees are polite and helpful. A nice shopping experience!

Came in today for a online return, the lady (didn’t get her name) lane 2, was not very friendly. I had to purchase a few other items and when I swiped my credit card the machine read error, this card has micro chip. I looked at the lady and she gave me no direction, I looked at cc machine and saw a slot on bottom to place credit cards with micro chips in them, just my guess. I was right. The screen says enter pin. I looked at her and said ma’am this is a cc I don’t have a pin, she just looked and stared, like giving me no direction on what to do next. I repeated myself to her, this is a credit card. There is no pin. Finally she says press the red button. So i do and it cancels out the transaction. I said ma’am, that cleared it out. She said nothing, just waiting for me to figure it out for myself I suppose. Swipe #2 & Up pops the enter pin, I looked at her, repeating myself, yet again, and she said take card out, I said no it says please wait. I figured out myself to press the yellow button for credit. She didn’t know anything about it. Wasn’t helping me or anything, just standing there like a mime. When I told her that, I said nicely. In order to run it for credit you press the yellow button not the red, she mumbled something and then said that these machines were new and that she was still trying to figure out how to work them, or something like that. I said okay ma’am I was just telling you that so you would know for future reference when you have another customer come along. (Since i had to figure it out myself and she just stood there like a mime, smh) anyways as soon as I looked up to grab my bag she had jetted off, leaving the front registers. I didn’t even get a thank you, greeting, or anything. This target front end gets an F for customer service. Bad, bad, bad experience. Customer service is key people. Not lounging around with a lazy, bad attitude.1 star for this visit. Very unhappy.

Customer service at their best??? NOT. Worst service here ever, everyone time I visit this location there are two cashiers working and they are rude as well. Ridiculous. The Starbucks here is just as worst, no one is never present to take your order. No no no. Why target do you only have one person working both Starbucks and the vendor side for food? And on the busiest day too??? (a Saturday) I despise shopping here but its close to my house. Take your business elsewhere for better customer service. Upside to the dilemma is that Target has a mobile app for savings.

Incredibly rude employees (manager was pleasant) in customer service. Will not be returning to this Target. Left outraged after one shopping trip and decided to take my business elsewhere.

This Target is a little out of the way for me since the Target closed on Venture Drive. The store is clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I miss the old gang from the Venture Drive store.

They have amazing cell phone deals! I upgraded to the iPhone 5c for $ 50 and they gave me a $ 50 gift card. It was practically free. I would have paid $ 99 for the upgrade anywhere else. Definitely stop by Target while shopping for phones.

It is like every other Target I have been too. Good.

Not sure why everyone thinks this Target is so great. I mean it’s Target… with an oddly arranged parking lot and 800 million more suburban children running around than necessary. We can call it my fault for going on a Sunday afternoon, but I was amazingly more agile after dodging all the kids breaking free from their parents and trying to knock my cart over. All that for a little Dirt Devil to keep in the car.

This store is renovated not too long ago. So, you can expect a pretty nice entrance.
Like any Target store, it has all that it suppose to have. What makes it a 4 star rating Target is the location, the store is pretty nice and clean, and thus far, the people had been attentive when walking around, browsing.
When it comes to buying misc. things for home and what-​nots, of all the stores, I say Target.

I have 3 Targets right by my house but this is the one I go to the most. As Falicia mentioned, it had a makeover and it was quite a makeover! Before the store was small and did not have much to offer me, now it is double in size, has a frozen food section AND a Starbucks. My only complaint is that the shoe section is lacking at times. All in all great store. one of the better in my area!

I LOVE Target! Is anyone else in love with it? If Target were a man, we’d be married and deeply in love!

This target just got remodeled (my man got a makeover) and it is HOT! It’s everything it was before only better. We’re definitely still in the honeymoon phase.
