The selection is great. The layout makes it easy to shop in most departments. The staff however is a mixed bag. They place people on registers PRIOR to them being properly trained OR informed of the current sales and that leads to mistakes. Once the mistake is brought to the attention of a manager (not a supervisor on duty) then she lazily attempts to fix it, while making mistakes that cost the customer in the end.

The only reason I shop at this Sears is because they carry Lands End. The LE department is big and carries a great selection. If your size/​style/​color is it there they will ship to your home for free. The service desk in this dept is always manned for quick service. The rest of the Sears employees are friendly & helpful enough and the store I as fresh & clean a store can be at Gwinnett Place hole, I mean mall. As long as they have the Lands End shop, I’ll be back!
