Last time that I’ll go to Ruby Tuesday at the Duluth location, I was a regular customer, but the service is just becoming worst every time. Restaurant was almost empty and spent 20 minutes waiting on someone to bring the menus. Poor customer service

Let me be the first to say that I love this place and the food. The salad bar is absolutely great, and I could do it every week. I like the fact that this particular location is never crowded during early or late lunch times.

Went for lunch today. Crab cakes have changed and not for the better. However, as soon as the manager(wish I’d asked his name) was notified he apologized and comped my meal. Customer service is everything and it’s greatly appreciated!

«Goodbye Ruby Tuesday» — your staff does not know how to treat regular customers. As a longtime customer of the Ruby Tuesday in Duluth, Georgia, I am writing to let you know that today was my very last visit due to the inexcusable attitude of the manager on duty during the 1−2PM lunch hour on April 25, 2015. I have always felt this Ruby Tuesday to be a place where one could enjoy a nice lunch or dinner among adults in an amendable atmosphere. I continued to patronize this location even after longtime staff members moved on and quality declined. Perhaps today’s incident is a symptom of that decline. We arrived at approximately 1:15 pm and requested a table with chairs rather than a booth. After a brief wait, the manager came to take our drink and lunch order as the waitress was busy with other tables — I noted only five other tables in the entire restaurant at the time. As regular customers we already knew what we wanted and ordered. We were well into our salads when our drinks finally arrived and shortly after that a «table of seven»(2 adult women and their five children) were seated not far away. These people promptly proceeded to disrupt the entire restaurant with their noisy and shrill behavior — this is just another example of people who dont know how to parent because — «clue» — it is really NOTOK to allow your offspring to disturb an entire room no matter what the reason may be — its just not. Our food arrived and the«Triple Prime Cheddar Burger» that I ordered was brought without the cheese.(The waitress remarked«he did not put the order in with cheese.») As the raucous behavior continued at the«table of seven» it was disturbing us … and the ENTIRE section if not the whole restaurant really. We asked the waitress to implore the table to use their indoor voices but she never approached them. I finally spoke up loudly saying«Quiet Down» … to which another table mentioned«somebody finally said something.» If I had sought to be around this type of behavior I would have chosen to dine at Chuck E. Cheese rather than Ruby Tuesday. But my vocal request didn’t work. The table did not quiet down and mere moments later the manager appeared at my table to admonish«me» for speaking loudly. I could not believe I was being treated like this! I reminded him I was a long time customer and he should have addressed the immediate problem when the table first arrived. No, instead he decided to alienate a customer of over ten years. There are way too many other dining choices in the metro Atlanta area for me to continue patronize this last Ruby Tuesday location. I’ve always thought I was going to drive up one day and find this location closed and this is just one more nail in its coffin.

Shrimp Fondue was bad. My girlfriend and I got sick. This is a place that you can tell it needs to receive investments, be remodeled as soon as possible, it looks outdated, some booths have teared seats.

Ruby Tuesday’s classic ribs are some of the best I’ve ever had. They’re always tender and fall right off the bone, and the sauce they use is delicious! Whenever I’m craving some barbeque ribs, this is my go-to place. This location is usually pretty quiet, and the service is generally okay. Sign up for their emails and you’ll get great coupon deals! They get 3 stars from me because they have drastically cut down on their salad bar offerings over the years. It used to be huge, but now they tend to stick to the basics. They also used to include fruit in their salad bar, but not anymore. They also used to have a delicious«chocolate tallcake»(might have been artery-clogging, but it was totally worth it). Now their dessert options are much smaller and far less unique.

The restaurant is easy to get in and out of, the salad bar is well stocked and maintained. The food is expensive but well prepared. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Every time I come here, I always want to come back. The salad bar is awesome and the food is pretty good. For some reason when we decide to go out this place isn’t one of our picks. Most of the time the wait staff is good however from time to time you get someone dumb that has no clue about customer service. But I guess you get that most places. I love the fact that this place is usually not slammed packed and if you have kids they will try and sit you away from couples. I understand how annoying my kids can be to people in public and appreciate them doing this. Over all a good place especially if you can’t think of a place to go.

I stopped here for lunch recently. I was hesitant since the parking lot was fairly empty at 12:15 on a weekday. However, I decided to go for it. Lunch was ok. My food came out in an appropriate time and was fresh. The biscuits that came out were hard and cold. Not sure if they were to be that way or not. Service was ok. The server was there to meet the minimum requirements. This was certainly not a «wow» experience. Then of course it was just lunch. I may go back. The salad bar looked good and I skipped it this time.

Friendly staff and good service. Food was what is supposed to be at Ruby Tuesday. Simple yet good. Salad bar was fresh and tasty. Could be slightly cheaper to be fair with the size of the portions.

The service was intoxicating!!! The server was one if the best I’ve had, professional, friendly and knowledgable. My food was a little salty but tasted great. My dinning companions enjoyed everything including the salad bar.

I almost feel silly reviewing a chain restaurant, but this was worse than my low expectations could have imagined, so I wanted to try to save someone else from making the mistake we did. My husband and I went for lunch today and it was really gross and bad. We both had pretzel bun burgers, both ordered medium. When they arrived, they were mid-rare ATBEST. Really, more like rare. I worked at a steakhouse for years; I know my meat temps. My burger was suuuuuuuper salty and my husband said the same. The fries were somehow less salty than the burgers… that’s how salty those awful burgers were. The waiter never checked back after he dropped our food and incorrectly refilled our unsweet teas with sweet tea. We tried to flag him down for a while and eventually gave up. Once he finally came back, we’d lost our appetites and explained that while we may have chosen something else 20 minutes prior, we just wanted to go now. Nothing was taken off the check and no manager came over. Never again.

This place needs to be shut down and quarantined with yellow tape wrapped around the building. I don’t even know where to start. I had the jerk chicken which tasted like it was marinated in sh*t… with grilled green beans that tasted like dirt. Everything was wrong from the server to the food… Please stop reading here if you are a bit sensitive and don’t appreciate TMI… But I had the runs and non stop vomiting directly after eating for 24hrs. Never ever ever again will I ever eat at a Ruby Tuesdays in my life. I don’t care if Im getting paid to do it. Ruby Tuesday’s get the deuce sign

Average Ruby Tuesday with an interior that has seen better days. I have been here twice with bf for weekday dinners and we find the quality to be about the same as any other Ruby Tuesday. I think this may be the trend with many chain sit-down restaurants, but portions have shrunken. Since I attempt to watch what I eat, this is actually a welcome change, but from other reviews, this seems to be a pain point for some. If you are in this area, there are actually better choices(lots of Korean, a few Indian restaurants, German up the road, a few Mexican joints) but this is a decent choice if you are looking for some standard, consistent fare.
