The only reason I gave one star is I couldn’t give less. I called to cancel a delivery order that was over 20 minutes late. When I called to cancel the order, I was the told by the female that answered«That the order had just left and couldn’t be cancelled» She was very very rude in her manner as well. I told her I needed to speak to manager. I was put on with a manager. I told the manager that I needed to cancel my order. Long story short I’m 42 years old and Pizza Hut has carried the gold standard for chain Pizza chains. Well, that ends today. I will no longer give Pizza Hut my money. Corporate needs to step in PERIOD!!!

Ordered pizza two hours ago and they said it’d be here in two hours wont answer the phone now to let them know if they are unable to deliver I will pick up since its been two hours, can some one tell me why they won’t answer now?

This place is not hardly a Pizza Hut and should be de-branded. The quality of the pizza is horrible! The sauce tastes like it was sitting in an open can in the fridge for days uncovered. Minimal cheese substitute. You know it is a sketchy place based on the crappy plaza it is located in… but may rationalize, «Hey, it’s Pizza Hut what could go wrong?» Thant’s where you just Phucked up. I have tried to stay loyal and true to pizza hut. But today I’m so disappointed. I order a large meat lovers on line total if 20 dollars with tip and my pizza comes with only crust on half of the pizza?! I’m just amazed they would let it go out like that. I’m sure that if that happens the quality of the product and cleanliness will be of question. Bye pizza Hut I hope yall do turn it around one day. Good luck.

Well pizza hut really need more now days ever than any other pizza company. After placing an order of $ 20 of hot wings online, I was told by a girl who is working at pizza hut(according to her she is working at pizza hut for 17 years: sorry if in 17 years you are still in the same position picking orders that means what it means) that pizza hut always charged $ 0.60 for dip. Well let me tell her again that when you don’t have information to convince customer of your stupid charges then cut it off and stop lying on behalf of pizza hut. may be that is the reason why they stick her at this position for 17 years. I had great time when i first ordered my pizza here with another lady who even told me that i could get any dip and discounted my pizza after realizing that i had a big order. This place has it own rules and laws base on who you meet there. Apparently they have Spanish team and African American Team. I did not notice a Caucasian team but i so few of them between the Spanish and African American. Again either one could make your order hell or pleasant. All i have to say is that Pizza Hut MUST review their stupid dipping charges that doesn’t help here. I decided to let them eat those wings and too my business somewhere else where i got cheaper price with dipping and even drink.

Not at all impressed with this particular establishment. I’ve been to quite a few pizza huts in my time and I’ve never had an issue but yesterday was awful. I wish I would have actually had a chance to eat a pizza or at least see one. Two hours after I ordered I still didn’t see a pizza. so I called and politely asked if they were on their way and according to them, they never got my order. That would’ve been alright if they weren’t so rude and annoyed about it. That was the worst part. I hope this isn’t the standard of costumer service that Pizza Hut has sank to.
