Avoid there installers at all cost!!! They recommend Elite floors in Atlanta to me. Elite floors is a scan and if you meet Claudio, hold on to your wallet and run!!! They installed my floor and it felt like walking on a waterbed, so for extra money they reinstalled it. Then after 3 months it began to buckle and warp and cracked, so after 10 calls to Claudio he graciously came to the house and recommended a dehumidifier which we installed, after 2 more months he said to install a bigger dehumidifier which we did. Then it still wasn’t fixed and he told us that our warranty had run out and it will cost an additional $ 2000 to fix. These guys are a total scam!!! Please avoid them and any recommendations from Lumber Liquidators.

My rating is more about the Duluth store manager (5-​stars) than Lumber Liquidators (2 stars). LL has some questionable business practices (including online bait-​and-​switch) that I can’t endorse but the manager in Duluth was instrumental in helping me navigate through the corporate maze to not only shine some light on the issue, but also arrange a fair compromise.
