Dont go to this place… Spend your money somewhere else. They took my money i payed for 12 months laser hair removal i only got 3 treatments then supposely they upgraded their lasers and never heard back from them

This place is SOOOOO unorganized. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes when I come in. And if I’m even 5 minutes late, they always skip me and I end up having to reschedule. Very annoying. The technicians themselves are great, they’re all friendly and make a person feel comfortable. The problem is the management and how unorganized it is. They only put 1 person to take care of the entire office, which is manageable if they see a few patients a day but this place is ALWAYS overbooked. It’s ridiculous. I don’t blame the technicians because they are doing their job and frankly, the majority of them quit because the stress of taking care of the office and lasering/​spa treatments is too much to handle. They need to hire some more assistance here.
Now for the laser, I honestly have not seen great results. You have to be on top of them to make sure they don’t miss spots and have a high/​strong enough setting. I did it for a year and I still get a lot of hair growth. I know laser is not permanent hair removal, just hair reduction, but you’d think you’d see much better results after a year of going there.
My biggest complaint is how unorganized they are. And management is quite unprofessional as well, I understand running a business is stressful but it’s your business and it needs to be taken care of. Again, the technicians are great and super nice always.

Worst experience ever. Arrived on time and the laser was not working, After driving more than 1 hour, Sharon Lavender the owner try to rescheduled for another location 3 hours later. Nobody answer the phone never !!!
