Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

How lovely! Whoever invented a drive thru for hot KK donuts needs to be slapped, humped, & canonized in that order. Great location also not too close or too far from my house so I can keep some teeth. My least fave flavor is the lemon but still don’t leave me alone with a box. Of course I’m gonna need about a gallon of h2o to flush these carbs. Oh yea & the staff is courteous as well.

So fresh! I was really surprised… By the way the staff and cafeteria looked, I didn’t think they’d be good, but they were! Best doughnuts I had so far, I must admit. I must’ve walked in when they brought a new bunch out. They were really fresh and soft, smelled great as well. Will definitely stop by again when I’m in the area :)

Huge fan of this location. My family and I love coming here after dinner for a quick dessert, especially with the hot sign turned on. Andrea and her fellow staff are great! They really go above and beyond. There was one night where the power had went out intermittently, but the staff didn’t panic. They gave us samples of the doughnut holes and iced coffee to wait out till the power came back on. Friendly customer service every time.
The facility is clean and well-​lit. Parking is spacious. It’s located in the same area as the MicroCenter and Checkers.

Grabbed some donuts late night via drive thru. Ordered three different ones, but actually wanted a ½ dozen. The ½ dozen price wasn’t listed and came out to be two dollars short of the price of a dozen, which seemed wasteful. The cashier was friendly and had the donuts ready when we pulled up. The interior looked recently renovated and they had the donut machine running for kids to enjoy.

Fast friendly service. Used the drive thru. Filled doughnuts were OK I’ve had better at other KK. Strawberry Iced wasn’t fresh at all.

I love the new location and I love the new set up. It’s bigger and seems to be brighter than the previous location. There is more space inside if you should decide to eat your treats onsite. Also, you now have the option to eat outside on some cute little patio table sets. I absolutely love it.
Each time in passing I look to see if the light is on. You know the one I’m talking about. Just in some far fetched out case that someone stumbles upon this review and does not know what light I am referring to let me explain. If you look over and see a bright red round sign that reads «hot doughnuts now» almost like a batman sign/​bat signal but picture a doughnut signal, I suggest that you pull some type of Matrix move on Pleasant Hill and get in there and get yourself a dozen or maybe two.
Those soft, warm and perfectly glazed pillows feel like heaven on your tongue. They almost melt in your mouth a little. Almost I say. Just thinking about them now is making me want some. I tell you, Krispy Kreme may not be all fancy schmancy and offer a huge variety of flavors like some of these new doughnut shops, but there is no other place that I have tried that can compare to those mouth watering, delicious glazed doughnuts. Hmph

I have been eagerly anticipating the opening of this location because this one is closer to my house, versus the one further down also on Pleasanthill Rd. The other one on Pleasanthill almost ALWAYS has hot glazed donuts no matter what time of day. This location however… not so much. I have driven to this location lots of times in hopes to get a yummy, soft, sweet, warm donut, but their sign is never on. Super annoying. But today I was with my family, and my 5 year old wanted a donut after his baseball game. We went to the drive thru at about 1pm and my husband asked the man through the speakers if there are hot donuts and the man andwered «man, we stop doing fresh hot donuts at 11am». We got one for my son, but I passed. I can get cold donuts in the grocery store. No thanks to this location.

Someone please teach this employee how to act to customer and please teach them how to make a ice coffee because they do not know how to make one. Worst customer service ever

Huge fan of Krispy Kreme! Welcome addition to Gwinnett/​Duluth. This location has all the lovely perks of Krispy Kreme including original glazed donuts, assorted flavor donuts, Espresso café, hot drinks, & Iced coffee drinks. I prefer Krispy Kreme to Dunkin Donuts generally speaking but think both are great. The hot chocolate here is excellent and the dozen donut deal for the Original Glazed is a little over $ 7.
They have a convenient drive thru and the space is clean, colorful and poppin.
Located in the same shopping plaza as Micro Center so parking is plentiful.
Yay! I’m a fan for Krispy Kreme! 4 Solid Unilocal Stars which can easily become a 5 with a few more visits. I hope y’all do very well and will be seeing you again real soon ya hear? Holla~
