Attempted to find this restaurant, but the number is disconnected and I could not find a restaurant called«Dumpling House» in the shopping center(at least not called Dumpling House in English, anyway)

The dumpling noodle soups here remind me of my aunt’s cooking in the countryside of Korea! The setting is relatively modern looking, but the food is comforting and delicious~ My sister swears by their steamed dumplings, but I don’t think they’re all that.

Clean, pretty spacious. Korean tv playing for background noise. Place was completely empty on a Saturday night… this plaza seems very new and off the beaten path, a couple minutes from Pleasant Hill Rd(turn left immediately after passing HMart). This dumpling place has been open for about 6 months, and is located in a plaza with a smattering of other random businesses, and a Korean supermarket/marketplace that went out of business. Before the meal, the server brought 5 little dishes, each a little taste of a different Korean item… kimchee, shaved radish, etc. my favorite was the silky tofu with soy sauce. I ordered the chicken soup noodles with dumplings… Robert S. was right– the soup was a wonderful homemade broth that was subtle and flavorful at the same time. The handpulled noodles had some chewy pull and dissolved a bit into the soup over the course of the meal. The bowl was huge, reminiscent of large phở noodles and it costs under $ 10. Their menu looks like it has a great lunch special for $ 5.95. Hope this place gets more business… their noodles are delicious!

The Dumpling House in located in a newly built strip mall; a little hard to find, but worth the effort! They specialize in hand made noodles and dumpling and the effort shows. I ordered a chicken soup with noodles and dumpling… delicious! The soup reminded me of my great-grandmother home-made chicken and noodle soup. The dumplings were stuffed full of shredded pork. The noodles were dense, chewy, and soaked up the flavor of the soup. The banchan was also delicious and plentiful. Service earned an A+. I can’t wait to go back to this new Korean restaurant for another meal!

Dumpling House is a fairly recent addition to the expanding list of tasty and excellent Korean restaurants along Pleasant Hill. The menu, not unsurprisingly, centers around steamed pork dumplings. I chose to eat my dumplings in soup, which was a delicious chicken soup with unique spices. The banchan was quite good, although I’m not enough a banchan expert to describe anything more than the kimchi. Service was prompt, very friendly, and efficient. Prices were very affordable, considering the large portions of food.

I was lucky enough to go with someone who had found this little hidden gem, which is tucked into a shopping plaza waayy out yonder in Duluth! The noddle soups are pretty darn good, especially since they are homemade, can’t go wrong there! The kimchi stew with a huge pork rib was a hit. I can totally see myself ordering that dish when the weather gets a bit cooler out. It was equal parts tart and spicy and the meat on the rib was fall off the bone tender and swimming in a rich broth. Of course there was the banchan as well, and surprisingly I really enjoyed the tofu with chili sauce.

I just ate here recently, and it was one of the best Korean restaurants I have been to in Duluth, GA. It was so good I actually came here for lunch, and then returned later for dinner. Chicken noodle soup is excellent and was great for at lunch. When I came for dinner I was greeted with a crab meat pancake which was wonderful. The chicken karlbi is great, and they had options for both spicy and non-spicy. The service is also excellent, and everyone is very friendly. I will be returning here in the future to try other dishes from the menu. I highly recommend trying this Korean restaurant if you haven’t already.
