I love this place! I’ve been going to Briggs Vision for five years and seen both Dr. Smith and Dr. Brice. They are easily the nicest doctors I’ve ever worked with. Every time I leave there I feel like I’ve visited with friends/​family! I can’t rave enough about the staff as well! They are all very patient with me even though I’m very uncomfortable with things near my eyeballs. I’ll continue this relationship as long as I live in the area!

Me and my son went for our eye exam. He is 4 and this was the first visit for him. They made it very comfortable, I was very pleased. My husband also went there the week after, he also has the same thoughts. Very professional service!

Saw Dr. Smith who had helped me in prior years with dry eye and with removing a particle embedded in my cornea. He is always happy to explain, willing to take a patient in an urgent situation (I got in the next day !) and makes time to keep you completely informed. He is also a good listener, and the glasses I get there are correctly adjusted to my eyes. I really appreciated how understanding he is and how patient he is with my questions. My situation involved dry eye, a cataract, advice on seeing a retinologist for further look at my macula. He is never alarming, and always extremely professional and kind. Would recommend him and Briggs Optique Vision group to anyone who is serious about eye care and possible problems in middle age and older. He also gave me a coupon for my eye drops!

Very professional group. This group offers a much more polished and customer focused experience than the big chains. The receptionist is a delight and my doctor was wonderful. This rating is based on my eye exam. I always buy my glasses from Zenni Optical though, since you get great prescription glasses there for $ 15 versus $ 200 and they last for years.

The staff at Briggs Vision Group is always friendly and helpful. I started going to them when I lived in Alpharetta four years ago, and even thought I live in the city, I still make the drive because of their exceptional service. Also, their selection of frames is wonderful! I love the high-​end options.

Great service and a very friendly service oriented staff. I came in without an appointment but with a swollen eye lid. They worked me into the schedule and took care of my issue. I was treated with great care and they made me feel welcome. Quick in and out, I got to work on time with drops for you eye problem to cure the issue.

I’ve been going to Briggs for the last 7 years. They are super friendly, prompt and have a great selection of frames. One of the biggest things I’d say is their philosophy of eyecare first.
My wife had a pair of glasses from an optician in another city. After examining her, Dr. Brice told her that she no longer needed glasses. Most opticians would keep her in glasses to sell her a new pair of frames — not Dr. Brice and Briggs.
Great folks to work with!
