PROTIP #1: You’ll need to listen carefully when speaking to the employees here. They have thick accents… PROTIP #2: There’s no public restroom here. There’s one at the Asian market next door. I don’t like Subway sandwiches all that much, but my kids love them. I’ve been bringing them here on a regular basis for well over a year. Things in the dining area are, in general, clean and orderly. There’s an Indian kid named Paul who works at this location on weekday afternoons. He’s very friendly, courteous, and fast. He’s good at making sandwiches and he’s good at customer service. If you show an interest, he’ll also tell you a bit about his Sikh religion. ;)

Unprofessional, unclean, and rude!!! I am not against people who don’t speak English because I am an immigrant myself. The cashier did not understand English nor know how to operate the cash register!

They get my order right each and everytime. No complaints here. Being so close to work is a plus.

Oh wow, i don’t know where to start with this location! I’ve been coming here at least 5 times in the past month since this location is on my way to my son’s school for lunch time. 1st time something went wrong it was with one of the ladies. She was running low on some veggies I’ve requested and she went to the back and came back about 10ish seconds later and started handling my half made sandwich with the sames gloves. I’ve asked her to change the gloves and start with new sandwich as i don’t know what she have been touching while she was in the back. She gave me «are you serious» look and pretty much was staring at me until i repeated myself. Horrible customer service and bad attitude from that lady. I wish i know her name. 2nd time which was a few days later, one of the guys was making a cold cut sandwich for me and yet again i had to repeat myself on what kind of bread and sandwich i want as clearly he didn’t understand English. Cold cut meat have paper placed on both sides on the meat and its rolled into a tube and top 3 pieces in the container had meat sticking out of the paper and very dark edges which means that meat has been sitting on open air/space for a long time(maybe even days as meat was so dark and dry looking). So i had to told him to give me a different pieces and i explained to him why(meat looked dried and bad). AND he place the bad looking meat back in container instead of throwing away. On top of that, when he finally got me a better looking meat, he had the paper from the meat to sit on top of the bread for a while he went to the back(for whatever reason, as he didn’t bring anything back with him) but he did change his gloves. I asked him not to leave anything other that food on the bread as is not sanitary and i asked him to give me another bread… again, issue with communication(language), staring down on me and bad attitude. I called the HQ and told them my issues and the lady on the phone was helpful and she sounded so concerned and promised me that they will handle it with restaurant owner. I could pass the language barrier and not so great customer service, but poor meat and other food items handling did it for me — not coming back here!

There are 2 in Dublin, this one has more space to sit. My kids like Subway because they trust what they get. They like the bread. And I like all the veggies on my sandwhich.

Great service. I ordered box lunches for a meeting and got good reviews from my colleagues. They had the lunches ready when I arrived, they helped carry them to the car, and they were made fresh to order.

Made the mistake of giving it another try. Turkey meat was bad. Had to throw sandwiches away. When we called, they expressed no concern. Fully done now with this place.

This isn’t the first time we’ve been here. There are actually two locations closer to where we live I’m San Ramon, but we come here instead. My wife actually calls it «the good subway»! We are vegetarian and so only ever have the veggie sand which. This location always has good veggies! Not like other locations where the veggies are obviously old and soggy!

With the previous reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I made the last minute decisions to stop here at this Subway location, but. the 3 ladies who worked here today did an excellent job in terms of speed of making our sandwiches. When I walked in, there were 2 guys ahead of me. One guy held a purple colored square paper, which he(assuming) jolted down notes he gathered from his work place to make a large take out about 5 foot longs so 6 inch subs x 10. Not many people who came behind me liked the idea of seeing the poor guy and then, having to wait more time before he/she could order their sandwich, but didn’t bother me at all. The guy in front of me had ordered a 6 inch sub for himself. Not to hold the line any further for the poor people who stood waiting(patiently) behind me, but, I had to make a somewhat large order myself as well. And, you’re probably thinking, «Oh, good grief. Why did I even bother coming to this Subway location today, right?» Nah — I was just teasing you. haha I ordered a kids meal +(2) Foot long subs + 3 cookies to go = that’s it. I felt bad for the guy who had to wait for his 10 subs to be created with everyone starring all around him as if he was a caged zoo animal or something. I think the guy was sweating just a bit too. IF, I was in his shoes, I would have been sweating profusely too! for holding up the line and such. At the same time, this guy was making a lunch run for his colleagues so he had to make sure that ALL of his subs were created the way they were asked or else,. he would have had problems when returning to his office, I’m sure. Poor guy. The long wait time came when his ten 6 inch subs ALL had to be toasted by 4 subs per turn since only 4 subs could only fit in the single tray they had for the oven. Overall, this Subway is just like any other locations I’ve been to and thought this Subway location needed an update for their Unilocal page. I will definitely be back again. This Subway location is located right next door to 99 Ranch/CVS in Dublin or right across the street from World of Shoes(love that store too!!)

I know what to expect when I go to subway. so this review is not about the food. The service was great and they don’t skimp on the vegetables. Very friendly.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a subway. They take forever to make your sandwich, and have no concern for how long they make the customer’s wait. I had to repeat myself 3 times because they kept switching who was making my sandwich. There was a large puddle under 1 of the tables that nobody cared to clean up. Just a really bad experience, go to a different subway if at all possible.

What happened to the $ 5 footlong? I paid $ 4-something for a 6 inch turkey… Not the best service. Should’ve seen the look on her face when she was about to put bell peppers in my sandwich, and I said, «No pickles.» I thought she was reaching for the pickles…

Oh my gosh this place annoys me!!! I’m spending 5 dollars on a salad so give me what I paid for! They try to skimp on everything… ugh cheapos. Ive never been so irrated with a subway before. I’ve gone here 3 times because I work right near it and dont wanna drive to the further subway on my lunch break. But I’m starting to hate this place. Sorry this is sorta harsh. But I had to REPEATEDLY ask for more lettuce and veggies and when I saw the end result I was still unsatisfied. Literally the lady(who always has a smug look on her face) grapped less then half a hand ful of lettuce and tried to pass it off on me as a bowl filled… I was like.“nooooo…more please”. It was pitiful. They really need to stop acting like their doing you a favor by giving you what you paid for. Ouch harsh. BUTTRUE… can I give minus stars??? Methinks not all the way!!!

Never been to a Subway where I’ve been so Annoyed by the Service… My favorite location in the Area is the Danville Location and even in Pleasanton near Trader Joe’s. I order same way all the time! I have a 6 year old who wants a sandwhich, but as plain as can be… So when I ordered how I usually order a foot long with one-side how I want it and the other-side with just Turkey, Light Mayo & cheese, the worker/or could be even owner said that’s ordering two 6 inch subs!!! I had never had any problems at any other Subway Locations! In fact it’s a better benefit to them because my son’s side of sandwhich doesn’t have everything on it! Well I called her out on that and that I order that way all the time and never has anyone complained but her! She insisted that no Subways will grant that… LOL yes, I was PO’d cuz it’s not like I just pulled that idea out of my BUTT!!! I’ve been ordering footlong sandwhiches since the $ 5 value deal was available! Whatever…Ordered the sandwhich the way my son wanted it all footlong of it since, he was the one who really wanted Subway! To top it off… While paying and the man can clearly see I’m counting out my change so I wouldn’t get more back! He gave me change and I’m telling him I don’t want change back I want to give him change. He literally said«Oh It’s OK» and handed me the coins… So I guess MOFO doesn’t understand ENGLISH or coming out to him as if it was French!!! Picking my Battles I wasn’t gonna even Fuss about it anymore!!! So thought of a better way to complain… Unilocal about it!!!

They won’t give you your change, but the food is good. The service is friendly, the food fresh(enough), pizza with toasted vegetables is a good, albeit more expensive, alternative to chips. I’ve been to other Subways more uncomfortable. I’m not going to bicker over pennies but I’ll take note that I’m not bothered to ask if I want my own money back! Honesty is a good trait to have.

I’ve been to many Subway’s and they never disappoint like this place. I always order the same sandwich, roast beef on white. For some reason, I don’t know if it’s their bread, meat or condiments that make their sandwich taste like crap. I thought maybe it’s just this time? But when we went back there for the second time, they did it again! They managed to make their sandwich taste like crap! Highly not recommended. Go to Togo’s or Safeway.

Ok, but lots of better places for sandwiches. Then again I have always prefered the less mass produced style of Erik’s or the now closed Amelias.

I’m NOT a fan of subway. Yes the $ 5 foot long is a good deal but they only put 4 slices of meat! WTF is that??? You’re mostly eating bread, lettuce, tomato and pickles! I guess that’s how Jered lost so much weight! I would much rather go to Quiznos cause you at least get a more protein in your sandwiches. I was so unsatisfied after this meal.

This is my favorite Subway in the East Bay. I used to eat here every single day at lunch. The owner is super nice and would always make small talk with me. The other workers are also really nice and if you eat there as much as I did, they know your sandwiches by heart and you don’t need to tell them what condiments you want on them. It is a very clean Subway and they let you use the bathroom if you want. Free refills!
