Sign is up and open sign is on usually like the lights but no one answers phone. Why?

I’ve been coming here on and off for at least 2 years now, and I’ve never gotten bad service. The ladies have been talkative or friendly to me. I think there might be a cultural disconnect/​miscommunication?
So I’ve either gotten full face threading done or just eyebrows/​upper lip/​chin depending on how I’m feeling. If you’ve never gotten any threading done before, I would start off small with just one area because depending on your pain tolerance, it’s going to hurt to a degree. If they don’t ask how you want your brows, you need to tell them so they don’t make it too thin because that happened to me once. I like mine thicker, just cleaned up along the edges.

Had there been a negative star I would have given that. I am not sure how this place have more than a 1 star. This is the first time in my life I am writing a review about a business coz I thought I needed to. It’s the worst service I have gotten in my life. They treat you like they are doing a favor to you! The ppl, manager and even the owner are so rude don’t know how they own a business when they don’t know how to talk to the customers… The staff starting sticking middle finger. This is how you run a business… Instead of apologizing for the shitty job they are yelling! DONOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

I have been going here for the past year or more and I love it! My go to place is actually in NYC but once I found this place, I finally found somewhere that knew what they were doing! The wait is never long, the ladies are all very friendly, and its very affordable! I absolutely love this place!

Worst treatment I ever had in this salon… went for the threading however that women screwed it big time… She is very unprofessional and extremely rude… disgusting women she is… would not recommend this place to anybody… she should close the salon as her services and attitude sucks !!!

This place is great. I just started going there for waxing and threading. They’re very quick and do a great job.

Do not go to this place!!! I just moved to Ohio from California and got my eyebrows done all the time there. This woman was rude pushy and totally butchered my eyebrows. I have naturally shaped brows and she made them so thin AND uneven! Was a nightmare!

Rude service offered for the cheap price. Avoid going to this place if possible. I found seema salon in dublin to be a better alternative to this place. It has great customer experience and the prices are very similar!

After going here for more than 2 years, I am giving this place another star. The ladies are much more friendly as you get to know them– I believe that there is a shyness factor, (mostly) not rudeness.
After having to give up my beloved waxing due to my acne medications, this place saved my life. Threading is much better for your skin and more natural looking–
.much.cheaper. Eyebrows have increased to a whopping $ 9.00.
Tips:
When you go in, if someone is at the counter you leave your name and the type of service you want. If no one up front, just sit down and they will be with you as soon as they are done with the person in the chair.
Bring cash. Can’t leave tip on your card and the minimum credit care purchase is $ 10.00.
Go between 1 and 4 for no wait. Closed Mondays.

Affordable, casual and worth the wait. Nothing fancy inside but the ladies are professional and very good at what they do. Eyebrow and lip threading just $ 13! Just make sure to get there early or you might have to wait half an hour after 5pm.

I decided to Style India out because it was supposed to be super cheap and more private than the place in the malls. I walked right in with no wait, which was nice. The lady that took care of me wasn’t very friendly and she answered a personal phone call in the middle of threading my eyebrows… a little unprofessional if you ask me. She also made fun of my eyebrows… I mean, come on… the reason I’m there is for you to fix them! Plus, she kept pointing out the fact that I looked nervous, which made me really uncomfortable. When I first saw my eyebrows after she finished, I was not really happy. The shape itself was pretty good, but she made them thinner than I had requested. Then, after I got home I noticed a bunch of stray hairs that she missed. So, yes, this place is super cheap and they do an ok job, but I’d rather go somewhere else where I’d get better customer service and be totally happy with the results.

This place is not fancy. But an eyebrow AND lip threading was only $ 13! The girl working was very sweet and professional, I would have loved to tip her big since she did such a good job but you cannot tip on credit card! So that would be my only complaint.

Came here to support my girl Julie and her henna tattoo on her feet for her wedding. They told Julie that friends could come with her and watch/​talk to her while getting it done… but no one that was NOT getting service was allowed in the back… the «back» meaning the back stock/​break room for the employees.
They also do threading, haircuts, barber cuts, facials, nails, and «liscio japanese straight perms»… alright.
