Let me preface this review by stating, for the record, I treat my hands and nails HORRIBLY. I don’t have regular manicures, I never moisturize, and the worst of all-I’m a picker, and it’s not pretty. Anyone can gauge my stress level with just a look at my hands. After a particularly long week(and in a state of desperation) I dropped my son off at his *sports* lesson and cruised the local strip mall for a nail place. If this were a movie, the clouds would have opened and let the sun shine down while the angels sang as I happened upon Nail Quest. Since this was real life, I parked, walked in and within minutes was sitting down and soaking my digits. Nail Quest looks like a regular salon, with tables evenly spaced in the front, a bank of dryers on one side, massage/pedicure chairs in the rear. Nikki quickly took charge of the situation, and was filing, buffing and shaping in a soothing, efficient manner. Within a matter of minutes, Nikki had transformed my ragged, weary, and sloppy fingers into clean, trim and polished professional hands. Each step of the process was quick, relaxing and frankly, fantastic. To top off a nearly unbelievable evolution, Nikki massaged my forearms and hands. If you are in need of a miracle, or just a fantastic manicure, this is the place to go. You might even bump into me there, as I’ve already scheduled my next appointment.
