Tried to schedule a facial with Jessica Daniels. I called her many MANY times and didn’t get a single call back. I will 100% taking my business to a company that values their customers at least a little bit. Their careless customer service gives me no faith in their actual cosmetologic services.

Please avoid Shay Lowery at all cost. Rude, always late, scheduling conflicts, tampering with products, etc. Being a hair stylist is definitely not her priority only a job.

Meghan Markwood is a great colorist! Rachel Ries delivers a great cut. Both of them trained and previously worked at Mario Tricoci’s, which is the best salon in the Chicago area. I highly recommend them! The salon number is: 614−216−3124.

I scheduled an appointment on the online system, and after driving all the way to the salon, five minutes before my appointment I get a text from the stylist saying«whoops I meant to have my calendar blocked today.» They wasted 30 minutes of my time, and if I could give them zero stars I would.

I wish I could review the service, but apparently reaching an actual human being at this place requires an act of Congress. I scheduled an appt online and my calendar was populated — no problem. However, I needed to reschedule, so I did that online and while I received an email, my calendar did not update. Wanting to confirm the time of my mani/pedi I sent an email through the website. No response. A week later I got a generic marketing email from the manicurist so I sent a note to her email address. No response. Then I called and left a voicemail on her direct line. No response. Not sure what else I’m supposed to do other than send smoke signals. Hopefully someone there will read this and honor my new request: cancel anything I may have booked for the morning of 11⁄28 or 11⁄29.

About 6 months after my past haircut, my hair started looking shaggy once again. What to do? Well, based on my previous experience, I decided to call up Darla and get another cut. I’m happy to say that my first cut was not just a fluke! Darla is really good about talking and listening to her customers, not to mention cutting hair. My locks look fabulous, and are super easy to maintain. Best of all, the cut looks great no matter what I do with it. So yeah. I’m planning on making this my haircut headquarters! I also give Darla great credit for patience and flexibility. Oh but I can bit a bit of a ditz some days… I managed to mis-program my GPS and at the time I should have been sitting down in her chair, I was lost in Upper Arlington. …somehow… Yeah, I felt like a total idiot, of course, and was very upset. But, happily for me, Darla was able to squeeze me in a bit later in the day with no problem. I don’t know if that would always be the case, but I was extremely happy it was this time. So yeah. Give Darla a call. You’ll like the results!
