Community Association Management Well dear home owner here is the cause why you don’t want them to mange your property The managed our property and i felt from the beginning that something wasn’t right decide to go on and become a board member myself and it was painful nobody wanted to make it better for the rest of the home owner and special Community Association Management Lynn at that time was the most clueless person ever running the operation, the board was directed in so many wrong turns was newer informed about Laws from Davis sterling Act it was bad they didn’t take into account that the favoritism the gave a couple of home owners will come back to them you should think a company like this was doing good and over 13 years it came to an end, the board on that time decided to change the prose’s was terribly the document from them notes, billings, memos etc etc etc was so bad put together and it seem it was done from a 5 year old with a box of Crayon colors it on top of that that it was discovered that they have paid insurance for another property so without direct or a least clear communication what was best for the community over $ 10000 Again here is fact about this company and why you should look at other companies to maintain the Value and integrity for you property and insure best growth of home values * Clueless abut laws Davis sterling Act * Cannot manage property properly * Do not seem to understand to maintain proper fillings of documents * Is not in your best interest just for the Money if i could give the Zero stars i whould please see below from other rewiwes
