I can’t say enough about the service that my wife and I have received from Rachel and her team. We have had all of our insurance with Dean Insurance since moving to the area, and they have more than earned my loyalty. They have always been willing to spend the time necessary to fully analyze our needs, and explain everything in terms that a non-​insurance professional can understand.
When I wrecked my motorcycle several years ago, they did everything possible to make the very complex claims process — totaled bike, medical claims, etc. — as simple as possible, but only after speaking to my wife to make sure that I was okay. Most companies will tell you that you need to speak to the claims department and then wash their hands of your situation. Not Rachel’s team. They always stayed in close contact, explained what was going to happen next, monitored the situation, and offered to step in if anything ever became problematic. It never did… smooth as glass.
My wife was involved in and accident of her own this weekend — she was hit by another driver, the car was totaled, and we had no idea what to do. I emailed Dean Insurance on Sunday, and received two calls and many email replies with offers to help first thing Monday morning. Even though this now needs to be handled by the other guy’s insurance, Rachel’s team has made it clear that they are available any time for advice and assistance. They have already provided me with valuable counsel regarding how to deal with the other company, preventing us from making any rookie errors.
In short, I am not afraid to change vendors in any area of my life if I am unhappy with the quality and service provided. I’ve done so many times, but haven’t had to think twice about our insurance provider. Dean Insurance Group has EARNED my business, and continues to work hard at keeping it. Oh, and have I mentioned how nice Rachel and her team is? Like instant friends.

Are you kidding? What Unilocal’r would rate their insurance provider with anything less than 5-​stars? Perhaps if you were planning on switching,… which I am definitely not doing.
Dean Insurance Group with Rachel Dean-​Haas at the helm gives as much service as the most competent provider I’ve dealt with and I’ve lived in at least 6 different U.S. states. Dean is an Allstate Insurance provider and they’ve had me in policies for auto, rent, valubles, and personal liability. My agent responds quickly and professionally while also being «a friend» to chat with if I need it.
LOCATION! It’s exciting to drop by Dean Insurance Group because they’re located adjacent to Mezzo Restaurant in old Dublin, the heart of downtown. That means all the retail and social aspects of Dublin come with the relationship. Starbucks, The Two Sisters, Brazenhead, Dublin Village Tavern and much, much more make a stop at Dean Insurance Group a nice lunchtime meet & greet.
My suggestion is that if downtown Dublin is convenient to you and you’re either looking for an insurance provider or want a review of existing policies, Rachel Dean and her staff are worthy of your business. You’ll really like them… that’s my opinion on the subject.
