Strike 1. Lost my mom’s dress. Was offered to monetary reimbursement, but not enough to cover the cost of the article. Strike 2. Ruined my Ferragamo suit. My suit was tailored and now the jacket has a small tear on the flap. They said it was already there, although I never wore it since it was tailored? Do yourselves a favor, pay a little more and find someone you can trust.

I used this dry cleaners because I needed something in a hurry and the wife told me she could do it but there would be a rush fee for the needs… I had to get pants altered and a few other simple alterations done. I came back to pick up and I paid the fee for rush and mistakenly Inspected the work after the fact, it was a disaster… The skill level and customer service was NOTTHERE. I am amazed that in this day and age of customer needs and requests that a business like is could even exist . The owner refused to correct the terrible work she did and she refused to refund. She ruined 4 of my suits… I mean ruined them…400 per suite and now the pants are cut and hemmed too short and can’t be fixed. In my opinion I truly believe anyone wanting quality work and quality people. STAYAWAY, STAYAWAY… BEWARE…NOTHONEST… I am thankful that Unilocal is here to raise awareness of people who try to take advantage of their customers.
