I had previously researched Dr. white via Unilocal prior to my dental visit.
I liked what I saw and set up an initial appointment followed by by the dreaded cavity fillings (3 in total) in one morning.
Dr. White was great! Quick, as painless as is possible, responsive to my comfort or lack thereof, and his assistant was a true joy. He was funny and just the right level of chatty and distracting.
Loved the gorgeous picture window looking out on woodland, birds and squirrels plus the TV playing my choice of Food channel TV… highly comforting and appropriately distracting.
Thank you, Dr. White for making something I truly fear so easy!

You Have A Choice. You can get dental work or have your teeth cleaned, or you can have the best brisket you’ve ever tasted. Ron White does either to perfection. What ever you choose, you get the best you can get in Hill Country, Texas. Yep, in addition to being a great dentist, he does barbecue events. Go to Founders Day in Dripping Springs or the Burke Rally at Camp McCullough for the barbecue. All things considered, I enjoy the brisket more than the teeth cleaning. Brisket tastes a whole lot better.

Over the years, I’ve observed that a significantly (and discouragingly) large percentage of medical offices don’t have a clue about customer service. My theory is that medical professionals are basically technicians, and tend to stick with their «trade», leaving the running of the business to the «girls» up front.
This was definitely NOT the case with my first visit and impression of Dr. Ron White’s office. You know how you can walk into a business and just feel the owner’s imprint on the staff (good or bad). That was my feeling here (positive).
At risk of repeating what others have printed: beautiful and tastefully appointed facility; friendly and efficient staff; short waiting time; high-​tech everything. 3D printer, laser cleaning, etc; and yes, I was treated to a personal tour of the entire facility by the good dentist himself, all-​the-​world unhurried as though his entire day was set aside just for me. There, I’ve said it!
I guess the final crème de la crème was receiving a nice personally addressed thank you letter after my first visit. a form letter for sure, but Ron took the time to add a short handwritten note. I know, I know, even Walmart props up retirees at the front door to «greet» you, but still, these little touches just show the extra attention to detail this guy gives to his business. I can only assume, and hope, that the same detail will be given to my teeth!
I will say, this is most assuredly not a discount dentist. You do pay well to be treated well, but then, you wouldn’t seek out a discount heart surgeon either, would you! I found it worth the few dollars more to experience a pleasant and painless encounter!

I went in for an initial appt. Everything seems clean & neat. The staff all seem very nice & conscientious of their patients. Do allow extra time for this first visit as it took nearly 2 hours. But, they all really seem to care & ask lots of questions.

From the moment I called and booked my first appointment I was treated with the utmost respect & professionalism. What sets Dr. White’s office apart from other dental practices is the excellent service & care everyone provides. My first appointment was delightful & I enjoyed the unexpected touches (each exam area has a large window that overlooks the green belt and I saw no less than 3 deer & many species of birds). How nice to feel so relaxed at a dentist office!
Dr. White took me on a tour of his beautiful office & I was introduced to his excellent staff all of whom had the biggest smiles & were welcoming as well. Dr. White took his time to get to know me, listen to my concerns & really provide me the most comprehensive dental exam I’ve ever had. After photos & ex rays, he fully explained what he saw and gave me a full picture of how to best care for my teeth. No lectures, just an easy to understand plan to make sure my mouth, gums & teeth remain healthy. Can’t believe I’m saying this but, I can’t wait to my next trip to the dentist!

Dr White gave me a new smile! Years of crooked teeth and discolored front teeth. Dr White has me smiling again. He took time to get to know me in the short visits and He feel comfortable when in pain.

Beautiful office, and I love that new patients get a full tour. A huge bonus, and unexpected treat, was getting to spend an hour with Dr. White going over my background and dental history. That was BEFORE he ever looked in my mouth. Really nice to have a doctor spend time with you these days! Highly recommend.
