I’ve dealt with both Greg and Steve on several occasions with my 96 Chevy Silverado plow truck that my father gave me years ago and these guys are great and know what they are doing. Even though it’s an old truck they’ve never treated me different and have helped me restore it since it holds some sentimental value.

I came here for the first time today for an oil change very quick attentive staff so no complaints for me. I will have to come here a few more time before I can get a good feel of the place but I like their prices great alternative than spending hours at the dealership only for them to upsell you on things you really don’t need. For this reason is why I tried this place I was getting tired of being misquoted. Service Plus thanks for your service so far I will be back.

I have been going to Service Plus for almost 20 years. I can’t say enough good about the place. My repairs have been fairly priced and well explained to my by the extremely courteous owners and staff. When I needed a loaner car and they didn’t have theirs, one of the owners (Greg) lent me his own jeep. I can’t remember a time when my car wasn’t available the same day. They are excellent about communicating with you to let you know where things stand and if you need multiple repairs, they will work with you to prioritize repairs that will work for your budget as well as for the overall maintenance of your vehicle. I trust them implicitly.

Service plus maintenances all my vehicles for my business and never once had a problem with them. They are great people to work with and have a very clean shop they also have Free coffee and hot chocolate. Can’t beat free. I recommended there service to everybody I know. Thanks again for keeping my vehicles on the rode for another day!

I own a large company with multiple vehicles in Dracut Ma. Service plus is knowledgeable and I have never had to bring a vehicle back after it was fixed. It’s always been done right the first time. In response to your response Steve M. this is absolutely NOT a «fake review». there is nothing in that review that was fabricated. How can you research something when you do not have the customer’s (ie my mother’s name), no service dates. I can however, provide you with the receipt for the insanely high fuel pump charge. To be told she needed a battery when your garage had just installed one is deceptive. You would have charged her for a new, unnecessary battery. When she stated she could go home and look the information up, your service tech backed off. All of a sudden, finding her information in the computer. Bad business. Stay away from this garage. I stand by my original review.
