Probably one of the worst Starbucks You can come across. 1) yes, long wait times(I ordered online) 2) filthy bathrooms 3) no condiments on the bar(vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg) 4) I ordered online and ordered a plain bagel with RF Crete cheese, they just hand me plain cream cheese and don’t tell me about it. Went up to the counter and its as if she was already expecting me and quickly said«we don’t have reduced fat cream cheese at this location. Sorry about that» … Well, you should’ve told me. 5) the employees lack professionalism and are apathetic.

Everytime I come here the staff is very friendly and not as busy as many would think. Well of course weekends is full but not crowded.

Wow. Not sure what just happened. The place wasn’t the least bit crowded so there was no line. The lady at the register never made eye contact with me, and literally had her elbow on the side of the display case, with her chin resting on the palm of that hand as she took my order. I guess I was boring her to death. I ordered seven, hot, venti drinks. Paid for them, and then waited for the barista to make them. She did, and it was really quick. When I asked for a couple drink trays, she told me that they had no trays, no bags, and no boxes. She said that the person at the register should have told me, and then she walked away. Left me standing there with seven hot drinks to get back to the office. Wow. Just… wow.

I see all the reviews with only one star. During my visit my wait time was super short compared to the reviews. The staff seemed to be nice, but that might be due to the short line. The inside is clean. Other than that, this is your typical Starbucks. There’s a in n out across the street if you change your mind about coffee lol. Unilocal 100 challenge 2016– 5⁄100

Whenever I come to this starbucks they always seem to be out of stock of some ingredient and arent able to make the drink I want, this has happened not once but three times. I will not be going to this starbucks again.

Long lines, filthy bathroom that was lacking essentials such as seat covers and toilet paper. Trash on the floor that needed to be mopped badly. So gross! I didn’t even bother ordering, this location grossed me out and annoyed me.

It was a terrible we waited 15 min. And then they were wrong so we had to wait another 15 was the worst expieriance ever! TERRIBLE!!! Never go there there service was terrible they only had 3 people working in the front. We went there another time and it was better. But they did never gave us some money back or anything

Unbelievable!!! Every time we come here, they are always out of something. Today they were out of Frappuccino drinks, handcrafted orange cream soda and out of the Golden Ginger Ale. WTF! Knowing these are popular drinks, why not have extra in stock. Go else where but here, a total waste of time. Starbucks is over rated.

Just stay away from here. The employees are rude. Today will be my last time stopping here & I normally stop everyday before work. I’ll actually be calling the manager Ashley on Monday. They are promoting their«iced drinks» so I order both an iced tea and an iced coffee. The promo is to get a sticker with each iced drink you buy. The employee tried to tell me that it is 1 sticker per transaction. So, I sat in the drive thru & read the promo card & it is indeed per iced beverage. I’ll never go to this store again.

It’s was ok I understand they were slower because they were training a new employee but I found out they do caramel crunch fraps differently than usual with chocolate? That’s new? I ended up throwing away my frap it tasted disgusting like melted vomit and plastic it was just gross. When will I find a decent Starbucks in Downey?!? I need my coffee!

Just moved to this area and this is already my go to Starbucks for my Venti Iced Red Eye lol. It always seems kept clean and is very convenient as far as where I live. Since I’m a Starbucks fanatic its hard for me to mark down unless service is terrible but this one gets an A+ in my book!

This place is one of the nicest Starbucks I been to Best thing I like about this location is they make my drinks always the way I want it without any trouble. Always good customer service just the way it should be. It’s kinda far from my house but whenever I am craving Starbucks this location is my spot. Manager of this place is extremely nice. I would like Starbucks organization to recognize Desiree for her outstanding customer service

Had a meeting here at 10AM on a Saturday. The counter staff was not particularly helpful. The cashier was overburdened doing cooking or re-stocking — not sure what but taking orders wasn’t at the top of her priority list. I used the Starbucks app on my iPhone to pay and it was my first time doing that so I needed some instruction — she treated me like an idiot child. Look — just tell me what to do and I’ll do it. But she just randomly pointed and said«scan it»… Not helpful. If I’ve taken the time to download the app and load money to it, that should demonstrate that I’m a good Starbucks customer so how about helping me out the first time I use it? They were out of half and half and the entire«condiment» area was a mess. I’m not sure how they would replenish because I only saw two ladies working there and they were too busy. This place needed more staff. Seating area also needed to be cleaned. Understaffed location. Saturday morning and surely they realize they needed more than two people working?

Customer service is everything. Baristas here were not helpful and seemed very annoyed when I asked questions. I do love the way this Starbucks is set up inside though. Very spacious and open. I love the little corner with the comfy seats perfect for reading or studying.

Customer service could be much better. The cashier seemed annoyed, hurried everyone through their order and there were only four of us. The lunch rush had just rushed through because their shelf was empty… literally. Not a good shop to visit.

This is ridiculous. This is the closest Starbucks in my area. Everytime I come there’s something not right. This time 2 employees for more than 30 customers at a time I feel sorry for them and I shouldn’t wait 25 min for my drink. Management needs to be replaced. Obviously they can’t handle the job.

This Starbucks is very clean and organized, I’m here often , The service was fast. The blueberry scone is very good And the ice tea is really refreshing.
