Horrible food. I go here often because it’s near me but today the food was dry & burnt. I threw all of it away & was disappointed, it tasted a day old & it was just reheated.

Really bad customer service, rude employes! Twice I came and got a drink! Just one! They took 20 minutes for them to call my number! For the past week I have been getting the buy one get one free «happy hour deal» a smothie and a coke… So I went in again and out of no where!!! I could not do that! I couldn’t mix, I had to get another coke or another smothie! Like wth?! Every single mc Donald’s I been to I can mix my drinks! So Pist!

Ordered a regular iced coffee in large size with no cream but requested a couple of extra pumps of sweetener… was charged an extra $.53. WTF! $.53 for two pumps of sweetener? This particular Mcdonalds is actually a McDonald’s Express located inside the Stonewood Center at its food court. The issue I have with this, is not so much the money, as it is the tenacity to go rogue and charge for «extra» items that’s not the regular Mcdonalds’ policy. No other McDonalds charges separately for an extra 2 pumps of sweetener. It’s times like these, I feel like nothing more than a dollar sign to these establishments, and it’s their job to squeeze every penny they can out of me! :-(

horrible customer service, their manager jeffrey thow my food only because i asked him for more sugar. he offers a fast service but he does not notice that his custmer service is horrible and very disrespectful. i wont have McDonald’s here or any where else do to his customer service.
