Ordered dinner for my family… apparently that tracker thing on the app is crap because whoever made my order didn’t «quality check» it. I simply ordered a pizza a salad and hot wings. Not hard to mess us you would think. But I guess someone must be new our really NOT care because I got my pizza. My salad.But the wings. completely plain. Not even a little ranch thing in the box. That’s how I KNOW someone’s not caring. I get it… You work at dominos… Just don’t forget. Be happy at least you have a job. And your messing with people’s food. Take some pride in what you do. All in all family dinner ruined. My kids now hold it against me that pizza hut is better. =/

Ordered two days ago. The girl that answered the phone was very helpful! I told her I was on a budget and needed something cheap that will feed all 3 of my kids! She offered all the great deals and was very patient thank u Jessica!!!

Bertha messed up my order. I ordered jalapeño with pepperoni and she decided to give me pepperoni with sausage. Not only did they not check the order before delivering it but they hung up on me when I called them! Never again am I ordering delivery! So disappointed!

I’ve never ordered pizza from this location and I guess now I know why. The pizza tasted delicious and the wings as well but I ordered three ranch cups(which I paid for) and I only received one! My pizza is cut really badly too, some slices are WAY smaller than the rest. Not to mention it took a while to get here, it said about 23 – 33 minutes and it took about an hour.

I have ordered from this dominos a few times now. The food is good love the tracker online, but i think they should pay attention to the instructions cause since i am further from the door i cant always hear it and i always put call number when you arrive. They never do, other then that so far everything is good.

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings from this location and added 4 ranch dipping cups onto the order(which they charge you for) and the delivery driver showed up with no ranch. He left and said he would come back with the ranch. He came back quickly but only with 2 of the 4 I paid for. It wouldn’t be nearly as frustrating if they didn’t charge you for it. How hard is it to verify that you have all of the items on the order before leaving the store?

I ordered for pick up, when I got home and opened the pizza I took a bite and realized they forgot to put«tomato sauce» in it, it was all cheese and the other ingredients. I had to drive back, however they did apologize and fixed the issue.

I have never had a pizza get here this quick from this location. The pizza arrived so hot that I’m taking time to write this before my second slice. On top of getting this pizza delivered quickly the driver Jose was the nicest/friendliest delivery driver I have ever encountered. As someone who has worked plenty of customer service, it’s refreshing to encounter someone who gets it. Thank you!

worst experience ever!!! i have never had to write a review for anything in the world but this place really did the job for me to do it. i ordered a pizza tracker tells me my order is on the way nearly an hour passes and no driver it said his name was mario .i call the manager bertha and all she says was that they were busy all she can do is take $ 5 off my order then says they are on their way 15 mins pass and nothing .then the driver calls me and tells me an hour in a half later he barely received my order and that he was on his way mind the tracker said it was on its way over 30 mins ago. ending result i cancelled my order and will never order from here again!

The franchise owner should be ashamed of this service. I called in to order a combo pizza with extra olives. Took a cab to Domino’s to pick up the pizza, and got home to find zero olives. I only live 2 miles away from the store, so I called in to ask if they could send someone over to replace the pizza. I can understand if maybe they recorded my order wrong, but then this happened… The lady who answered the phone said they could not deliver to me, but I could come back to the store to get a replacement pizza — no refund, no discount. I asked her for a refund over the phone and she said she would only give me a coupon for a free pizza, but ONLY if I came back in to the store to get it. I kept telling her that I live only 2 miles from the store, but she said she was too busy to handle my request. So you have my money, you gave me an order without any of the ingredients I made a special request for, and you refuse to replace or refund my order unless I take a cab back to the store and spend just about as much on fare as I did for the pizza. Frustrated, I asked if I should call Visa to dispute the purchase or call the Domino’s customer service line. She said, «Fine!» and hung up the phone. So I ended up doing both.

Since when do you charge for pizza peppers! That is a staple for pizza! That will be the deciding factor to return to your store! Cheaper prices elsewhere with free pizza peppers!

So far, I have only had good experiences ordering delivery here. I discovered that the pizza tasted great one day accidentally finding the app in the App Store. I decided to try it out and found the easy options to use coupons, the $ 5.99 for two or more items are always available, & once I ordered the tracker allowed me to see what was going on with my pizza from beginning to delivery. I love ordering from the app. It’s easy peezy. I also discovered that the handmade pan has the best crust of them all. We don’t have leftovers if we order handmade pan. It’s that good. The affordable prices & options are what make this the best pizza in the area. There are other pizza shops in the area(Downey, CA) who charge about $ 41 for one large pizza, 10 wings, & potato crap no one wants or asked for lol. Cray. I’m just glad Dominoes saves the day for my family. We only order dominoes now.

Sure the pizza is excellent in taste. But the costumer service at this particular location is absolutely awful !!! I’ve never been treat in such way. i call for a «carry-out» and the employee say«Umm whats a carry-out dont have that here. We only have pick up and delivery next be sure of how you want to get your pizza before you call.» i asked to speak to the manager turns out that douche bag was the manager. F this place

Just wanted to give an update and give credit where credit is due: Yesterday, August 2, 2015 I received a phone call from Edgar at Dominos. He assured me that what happened was wrong and that I have every right to be upset. He understood my point of view and even thanked me for the feedback. Though I made it clear that I would not be ordering dominos anytime soon, he did everything possible to try and gain our business back. For the simple reason that someone higher up than the manager reached out and tried to rectify the situation I bumped their review to 3 stars.

Beware of their drivers. We recently ordered from them and one of their drivers never gave us back our debit card. We were able to get a hold of the manager and driver but of course the driver denied taking it. Domino’s and this driver was the last person we had any transaction with. The joke is on you, ghetto loser. Try using that card now haha. If that’s the kind of people we have to deal with, then we’re done doing business.

Ordered a chicken Alfredo today for pick up. Got home and put it In a bowl hardly any chicken and almost no sauce on the pasta. $ 7 for this not worth it. You are better off making it yourself.

Called and asked for a new pizza, due to the one that was delivered being burnt to a crisp, and they said that it was how it was supposed to be… Then delivered another burnt pizza. I’ve ordered this at other dominos… And it has never looked this way. Bad customer service and seems like they did it again to prove a point. Guess I’m going hungry tonight.
