For my wedding, I contacted a lot of makeup artists based on recommendations and reviews. Rosemary Monica did not have a minimum amount or an on-​location fee (just reimbursement of cab fare). Her makeup trial and bridal makeup rates were also lower than many others. Rosemary was super responsive over e-​mail from the first inquiry, throughout the entire process. She came to my hotel room and did such a great job. In addition, Rosemary was professional, on time, very friendly and made me feel at ease as well as like a movie star. I did the makeup trial for my engagement photos. My makeup in the engagement photos and wedding photos looked amazing and lasted through my very long wedding day — 16 hours. Rosemary is based downtown. She’ll come to you — city or suburbs.
