So once again, I came back for the first time this week and like always they still get the order wrong, instead of getting the double sausage egg and cheese croissant I get a sausage bacon and cheese croissant. it was 7:08AM12÷3÷15 obviously this franchise owner or corporate don’t check on this locations Unilocal reviews.

Never again… Staff is too incompetent… Drive thru is supposed to be spot on, since drive thru customers won’t be able to tell if bag they hand u has everything u ordered … Why do they ask what sauce you want if they don’t put it in the bag? As I’m eating these nuggets …, taste like it’s been sitting for awhile… Eeew… I’m so mad there’s no sauce to cover up the taste… Meh Fries is good though… I guess I will just finish that. Lesson learned? Fast food is junk food.

This location is actually pretty decent. The morning crew is awesome, and the food is always fresh. I also love that they serve burgers in the morning, because 7 am is my evening, thanks to working 3rds. The lobby is always clean, and it is pretty neat too, there is a fountain inside! I prefer this location over others.

For a BK, this one is better than most. Friendly, clean, and fast drive through. If you go inside, check out the water fountain and toss a coin in for luck. They offer standard BK fare, but will customize your order, if you ask. If you want to do fast food, this is a great place to go v

I went through the drive-thru of this Burger King #2653 on May 2, 2014 at 20:45; (Order 65) My order total was $ 14.07. After arriving home and unpacking my order my Big King Sandwich $ 3.59 was not in my bag. I called the Burger King 630−968−3707, spoke to a lady & made her aware. I was asked my name, phone number and I also gave my order number to the person. I returned tot he Burger King today May 6, 2014 at 10:15am in the drive-thru to order food and I also made the person aware I have my receipt from May 2nd and I would like them to replace my Big King Sandwich. I was told just pull to the window. I spoke to «Cody» who I learned was the Manager. I handed him my receipt and explained the situation to him. He came back to the window and told me my name is not in their book. He also made a point to tell me there was no female Manager there when I came to the store, it’s only 3 males. I told him I don’t know who I spoke to, but is was a Lady and this place messed up my order. I guess they forgot to put my name and phone number in the book just as they forgot to give me what I paid for. «CODY» refused to replace the Big King Sandwich that I paid for and didn’t receive. I asked for their Corporate phone number and he clearly stated«THISIS A FRANCHISE»! I’m assuming his statement and decision means he doesn’t have to follow«Code of Business Ethics». I asked him for the Manager’s name and number and he told me he was the Manager. I asked Cody, who does he report to or who is the GM of the Store and he told me to look it up. After demanding a phone number, he yelled back to someone for the number and 630−828−2913 was handed to me on a «NAPKIN», no name at all. at 12:34pm I called the the number and it’s a voice mail for GLG Management. I left a detail message and requested a call back. I can’t believe the response of this Manager and he should be made to take a «Just Culture». He handled this very poorly and made me feel as if I wanted a FREE $ 3.59 sandwich from this Burger King. I do want my $ 3.59 back from this Burger King!!! Then they will loose a customer.

I love the this African American gentlemen that works here!!! He’s such a sweetheart!!! I love coming here, he always makes sure the food is made FRESH for me/us the customers!!! Love it here!!!

Ooof. I try hard not to write reviews on big chains, but I can’t resist on this location. I’ve been to this location a few times, and nearly every time, they mess up my order. This time they left out sauces for my chicken order. Last time they left off my sons drink order(YOU try explaining to a 2 year old that BK messed up an order!). Also, the employees here don’t move very fast and just have a «lazy» attitude. I get that they’re hourly employees and likely don’t care too much, but a little bit of «umph» and customers will be MUCH happier. Oh yeah, and this location is strange — there is a water fountain right in the middle of the restaurant. Uh… yeah. There is another BK near my home and I think I’m going to try that one out. I’m done with this location.

I always have a great experience at the Downers Grove Burger King on Lemont Road. I always get exactly what I ordered and pretty quick at that. This location also makes their customers well aware of the local promotions and new items added to the menu. They take expired coupons and multiple coupons on the same transaction. I will always go to this location even if its a little out of the way!

so i though burger king was only good for its burgers until my co-worker molowa started order taco’s from there. she loved them, all i would say is how do you get taco’s from a burger place. on the other hand, when i do go there for breakfast, they are really slow, and i have to end up pulling to the lot and waiting for them to bring me my food.
