Apex Endodontics

I went to see this dentist for a root canal consult. He was not very compassionate and he didn’t believe I was in pain. His front desk person, Debra is incredibly unfriendly and the office is very out-​of-​date.
I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 since they got me in quickly for the consult. He was booked out 3 weeks for the root canal, though.
UPDATE: I just finished my root canal that took 2 visits. I will never go back to this office sgain. Debra, the receptionist should be fired immediately! Not only did she roll her eyes at me, but she raised her voice at me and talks back like a child. The tech, Natalie is a sweet girl and it seems like Dr. Pouleson could be friendly… if he wanted to be, but he acts too good for kindness! Get rid of the cancer at the front desk. Avoid this office!!! Debra, do the patients a favor and find another job that doesn’t deal with people. You are a terrible employee and an awful contact person for this mediocre Endodontist!

Dr. Pouleson is a very talented endodontist. Clearly no one would choose to have a root canal, but if you need one, he is «the guy.»
