We were able to upgrade our phones and so my wife took our current phones in for our upgrade.
As finances are pretty tight at the moment, my wife explained that we could not afford anything too fancy.
The lady my wife was dealing with was very nice, gave us a very good deal on trading our old phones, plus gave us 2 wireless chargers, 2 regular chargers, a Boze wireless speaker to go with our new phone.
All we had to pay out of pocket, was less than $ 60, this lady saved us a ton!
We have been with Verizon for many years and will continue to remain their customer.

Worst policies if you try to cancel
Went in a month early and if we cancelled at that time then we would have to pay a $ 60 cancellation fee
You can only cancel on the one day
No one could explain that policy
Run don’t get in their trap
