Pizza Hut

Les just say that customer service isn’t a priority at this location. Nor is any sense of urgency. The young lady doing carry out today moved at her own pace. As I stood in line waiting to pick up my pizza, the line only continued to grow as she moved slower and slower. She was definitely not a fan of her job!

I order from this location often, and have never had a problem. This last time I ordered, delivery was there in about 30 minutes, even though everything I ordered was extremely customized! They have the new custom pizzas where you can choose your crust and/​or the sauce added, and it’s AWESOME. They didn’t even taste like they came from Pizza Hut more like an Italian pizzeria! Good job, Pizza Hut! Please keep these new options around, and I’ll keep coming back!

This general manager informed me that they were doing me a favor by remaking my pizza after they delivered it cold to my house. Than refused to give me a number to a supervisor so I could voice my problem. I work in customer service and would never speak to any customer the way that Debra spoke to me. I will not go back to this Pizza Hut… there are too many good options around here.

the delivery is always on time, but they always forget something. But the inside service is great, check’em out.

I guess as Pizza Huts go, this location is not the best one in town but it isn’t the worst either. The building is an OLDER building, but the people are friendly, the food is always hot and they always have your order right. Perhaps they saw Phillip’s review and straightened up their acts. THANKS Phillip!
Now it’s a little bit country and it looks a little gloomey in this joint. But the bathroom and eating area are always clean and when we get our food to go the never open the box… That is a big plus for us! I don’t want the people behind me breathing all over my food, so I can open my own box, upclose, after I look around and see who is behind me and if they are too darn close!
But this place is often not too crowded when I go, rather late because the BF likes to eat late in the evening. It’s usually quiet and the staff can be very attentive.

Typical chain pizza place. I usually stay away from the pizza and the wings are small with oily sauce. Previous reviewer was right if you go during rush hour good luck leaving the parking lot. The pasta is not bad. Those new French fries are actually pretty good. I can not speak of the service, b/​c only get carry out or delivery here. I got my food delivered in 30 min at lunch time. That is not bad.

This has got to be the worest Pizza Hut that I have ever ordered from. I ordered a thin crust or what they call Thin and Crispy but mine was thin and soggy. The pizza had several slices that had no meat just mounds of cheese and dough. The pizza that was made for me was not up to Pizza Hut’s standards and I took pictures of the pizza before returning it to them for a full refund. I will never visit this location again.

Man, This place is one of the worst place’s to go eat or to order pick up in Douglasville. I repeat, THE WORST in Douglasville. My wife and I have eat there and the service is Bad, The food is often under cooked and the place is Filthy. Don“t bother going to management about problems, they will just tell you how wrong you are, and then get very angry if you ask for a refund or a replacement of the pizza.
Oh and trying to get in and out of the parking lot, Well, your taking your Life into your own hands there.
