This place always has FRESHFRESHFRESH food on the buffet! They are very clean also. Those are the 2 things I look for in a chinese buffet. I love this place. I have tried 1 other place since moving here. This is by far the best. Plus the staff is very kind.

$ 9.50 for a Friday night dinner is awesome. $ 5 for kids. Unlimited Oysters refilled! The unagi were huge! Nice array of sushi. Everything great. Even the waitress are super nice! My only complaint is the salted crabs. Too much salt! Other than that, very good!

Food was warm to cold, did not enjoy anything. You gotta understand something, I come from Cali we know Chinese, Mongolian, Asian foods overall. This has been the worst experience except good service by one employee. Everyone else was cold staring us down. Hibachi grill station was just horrible. Smh…

This is not my first time going and I’m pleased to say I’m never disappointed. I’m always seated immediately, the foods I select are delicious, and they keep my table clear of dirty dishes. They also had a new selection, seafood soup, which was amazingly good!!!

Tonight my husband and our kids came here. It looked very clean. My husband loves hibachi so he got a mixture of shrimp, steak, mushrooms, and egg. When he sat down I told him it smelled weird to pick out the shrimp, but he tasted it anyway. He picked them out after that. He said they tasted weird too. The steak was almost raw. He went back for another plate thinking it maybe was the shrimp that was bad. When he came back with another plate it smelled bad too with no shrimp on it. He started eating it but stopped saying it was gross too. I only had the sushi and the kids ate the typical kid food, chicken nuggets and such. He decided it was time to go because he wasn’t feeling well. He stepped outside and started vomiting. He has barely stopped since. I went back in to tell the lady and she wouldn’t do anything to try to fix it. She didn’t even stop the hibachi from going on so I made sure EVERYONE in the restaurant knew that it was bad food. She didn’t even apologize and she was quite rude. I will NEVER go back here. Obviously looks are deceiving! It looked clean but the food was bad!!!

Hostess had a bad attitude when I asked her their food score rating was 90. your 10 points from 100 why is that? She asked me did i want to call the manager. At that time I felt like walking out but I paid and will never return again. The food was good and clean still give it 4 stars cuz of the food but two stars for her attitude

I have returned a few more times since the first review and I must say it is consistently great! Food is fresh, refreshed regularly and the place is very clean. You should try it, it is the only one I recommend. Please avoid the filthy and roach infested one on Fairburn Rd in the Ingles shopping center.

I’m beginning to think there are no real great Chinese Buffets here in Georgia. The only thing I liked was the price. That was at least decent but there was a lot to be left desired in the selection. One of the manager(or waitress’) kid was running around, there were flies buzzing about(not appetizing at all) and a general sense of WYSIWYG. All set… we will not be returning.

I don’t even like buffets, and I love this place. The food is good. The price is right. The servers are friendly. What’s not to like?

Located at the heart of the busiest part of Douglasville, in close proximity to the mall, and next to Buffalo Wild Wings you will find parking on a weekend(especially a Friday night) to be horrible but, once you walk inside, you will be dazzled by the fountain to your right, a pleasant hostess, and booths that are comfortable. To your left is the entrance to their meeting rooms where I frequent with a large group that I am apart of, and each time that we are there which is monthly the food is extremely dry, and the availability of food seems to fluctuate. Although they have excellent sushi, King Buffet could improve their sushi selection by adding more variety, and by adding details of how to order Hibatchi off of the grill as most patrons do not understand how to do this at a buffet. The rice, mozzarella sticks, and egg rolls are always extremely dry from the buffet, and the steak(typically pepper steak) that I have tasted from the buffet is loaded with fat telling me that meat at least when it comes to the steak is not prepped before hand. They do have excellent spring rolls however in which quickly became my go to since I am there at least once a month. The pricing is reasonable($ 6.75 for lunch, and $ 10.00 for dinner) however, there are better quality, and better service Chinese buffets that are close by for the same price, and would be my first choice when deciding on a Chinese buffet for the evening over King Buffet that provides mediocre service(often down right terrible) once you get past the Hostess’s responsibilities because, I have never once received a re-fill on a drink in all of the times that I have ever patron’d the restaurant which at bare minimum has been monthly for the last year.

The menu was changed a little today for Mother’s Day. The staff was just as polite as non holidays. Everything was fresh and hot. This is always a good choice for my mixed family of vegetariana and meat eaters. Thank you

My wife and I have eaten here several times and we always both leave very full and satisfied. There is a wide variety of Chinese and more traditional food, so there is something here for anyone’s taste here. The buffet area is always very clean and well presented. For the price, about $ 10 person, you can not go wrong.

Every single time I’ve come here(which has been 3 times so far), they have the freshest food stocked. Even came here close to an hour before closing one night, and they still had fresh food on the buffet! The service is always prompt and friendly, and I eat to my heart’s desire, variety as far as the eye can see! This has quickly become my favorite Asian buffet.

Mediocre at best. The food was ok, but could have been better. Also, our waitress didn’t understand English that well when I asked what choice of drinks they had for children. I had to repeat myself a few times. I have to agree with Kim R.‘s review in regards to the desserts. My cookie tasted like burnt cherries, and the ice cream is kept in an uninviting deep freezer. At the very least, the ice cream should be kept in a clear top deep freezer, or they should invest in an ice cream machine. There were no major problems, but there was nothing special about this restaurant that would make me want to go back.

Standard Chinese buffet. No major problems but nothing that had me feeling like I would want to come back. The sushi selection was small and just ok. This place reminds me of the cheap buffets on Buford highway just much cleaner. Our service was decent.

My partner and I always stop here and eat when in Douglasville .we are picky. They have a good selection of sushi and fresh and wide assortment of hot and cold food. I would differently recommend this place to stop and eat.

My fiancé, some friends, and I visited this place a few days ago. We went for dinner. At first the place was nice, clean inside, and looked pretty good. Had lots of selections of food you will have a hard time finding elsewhere. Such as octopus. But 2 things happened that made me really not like the place. First I left my phone there on accident and when we tried to get it back they claimed they never had it. And we confirmed that the buffet was the last place I had the phone. Second, and more importantly, my entire group and I got food poisoning from eating at this establishment. I would not recommend this to anyone. I was very disappointed.

Ok… Went there for the first time to try them out. Sushi bar was very good despite the sushi chef not having a good personality. I think the problem there is language with the employees. They do not speak English very well but despite that they tried. The food was good. Great variety for the value. Several soups from hot and sour to miso and egg drop. They even have food for the kids and for folks that want roast beef and baked ham. The oriental food is a must try and even the hibachi grill.(sushi chef doubles as hibachi cook) ?? Décor is very nice. Bathrooms were clean but out of paper towels. Cashier spoke good English and was cordial and asked how our visit was and if we had any problems. Good place to go after church on Sundays and also with a group. Dinner $ 9.25 ayce. Would give them 4 stars real soon. Will surely be back again… bon apetit

Love the new place!!! Selections are the usual chinese-food style buffet: honey chicken, lo mein, egg drop soup, and a couple of other selections you dont usually see in chinese buffets like steamed catfish with teriyaki sauce garnished with sesame seeds, clam chowder(!!!), and the steamed bok choy. The place is fairly new, and once again, I will get on my soap box and warn everyone that for the most part, all chinese buffets(especially around this area) have the notorious reputation of being«off the fa-shizzle-wizzle» on the first year they are open. After that, the variety of the food and the quality dwindles. But for now, I am all ears! Sushi bar was great! I dread the day when they start serving ‘impostor sushi.’ So far they served the usual suspects of salmon roll, tuna roll, about five sashimi, PLUS specialty sushis– they had one that was just like the«volcano» roll, and although what they have was not as good as the actual sushi-place, it will do at $ 6.75 per person during lunch! WOW. we cannot and will not complain there! The teriyaki catfish was my favorite. I usually wont go for catfish unless it’s fried, but I took a leap of faith and do not regret it! Steamed bokchoy will always be my fave, and this place made my tummy happy. It was cooked PERFECT — crunchy, but not raw, and the most perfectly seasoned bokchoy I have had in a restaurant — and this speaks very highly! The fried zucchini was alright, the soups were good and fresh, and everything else is somewhat above your average chinese buffet. Then again, we came during the busy lunch hour so the food was constantly fresh, and again, the place is still somewhat new(no more than 6 months at this point, I think.) — but what earns all five stars is the combination of freshness, not overly seasoned food, and the very low price. I do suggest for the service to be a bit friendlier — their workers should really smile more(and I sincerely mean this.) So there you have it. I now say goodbye to Atlantic Station and hello to King Buffet! Our next, go-to quick lunch spot!
