I have gone to J Davis salon since they opened years ago, and absolutely love it! And Paul Ivey is the greatest! Paul always makes my curly hair look beautiful with the best color and cut!

I have been going to Paul Ivey at Davis Clay for almost 9 years now. I can’t say enough good things about Paul or the salon. I just love them to death. I have thick curly hair and i remember leaving hair salons in tears before I found Davis Clay. Not only do I always leave smiling but I have learned to love and embrace my hair. At other salons I always felt like the odd ball but here the staff gives compliments like they give refreshments, frequently.
My mother and sister also go to Paul. Mom has thin short hair while my sister has thick straight Cherokee hair. Across the board he knows what he is doing. Every single time I go in expecting greatness and come out feeling more fabulous than I thought I would.
While the prices may seem slightly high they are totally worth every penny. Try the complimentary mimosas and just treat yourself! :)

Valena is amazing. Valena has been my hairdresser for two years now, and I have absolutely no complaints. I always receive a wonderful cut, color, and style. I feel very comfortable at the salon, nice atmosphere, drinks, and polite/​professional staff.

WOW! I am definitely impressed with this place. I went here on a referral from a co-​worker and I am happy that I went. Very classy, roomy and less expensive than I thought.
This will be my go-​to place for my hair here in Douglasville.
