Other reviewers have complained about the slow speed of service, and I’ve experienced that as well. However, the staff is always professional, helpful and kind. As long as you have a little patience in your bones, you’ll be pleased with the experience.

If you work in the morning, don’t bother getting up earlier to come here first. They claim to open up at 730AM but instead open when they decide to roll out of bed.

I was going to initially give this Fedex location one star. Keyron(I believe that was his name) who was the employee that assisted me spared them the one star rating because of his good work. I arrived at the Fedex location to send a letter express to Emory. There were only 3 customers ahead of me. I thought«this should only take a minute». Well, I was wrong. Keyron was the only employee working when I arrived. The phone was ringing off the hook and he was assisting the clients in line. Approximately 10 minutes into my wait another employee arrives. This employee answers the phone and assists them. Once he was off the phone, he did not assist the customers who were waiting. He appeared to be shuffling paperwork around on the counter top. So my wait was approximately an additional 10 mins. Once I was being assisted, Keyron was very pleasant and helpful. I had some questions regarding filling out the shipping label and he made it very simple.

My bf stopped in today to try and ship a package for work. They told him they didn’t have any box to fit it in. I give them an extra star(rather than only one star for the review) because, in their defense, it WAS an oddly-shaped item for packaging. I’ll also point out that I’ve had previously negative experiences with FedEx before, and am thereby already biased in favor of UPS. Adding fuel to the fire… Fast forward an hour later in UPS, a couple miles down the road from FedEx. They didn’t have a box that would fit the stuff, either. BUT, instead of turning away the business, the lady went into the back and cut a box down, re-taping it together to make it fit. Took a few minutes but she made sure it could be done. Thanks UPS, I know why I continue to generally prefer your customer service over FedEx.
