It took 5 months and me begging to get my pool liner installed. Almost all of my communications were with David Brown(The owners son!!). I feel like I am just one person of many and they could care less about me or money. The liner was $ 3000.00!!! My first text to inquire about a liner was 1÷21÷15. Re-requested a quote on 2÷10÷15 and received the quote on 2⁄11. I requested on 4÷4÷15 to install a new liner with no response. On 4÷30÷15 I asked again about getting a liner installed. On 5÷1÷15 i asked again for the 3rd tine again with no response. On 5÷11÷30 i asked again. On 5÷30÷15 i finally went to the store and spoke with Harold who was very helpful and told me I would hear from someone tomorrow. 3 days later I got a phone call from an installer confirming my appointment for the next day. I never made an appointment but was grateful to finally be getting the liner. The liner was installed on 6÷5÷15. The customer service at Brown’s is nonexistent with the exception of Harold. Whiten Pools in Carollton, GA offered a lower quote by $ 300.00 and was able to provide the quote on the same day as well as schedule the installation whenever I was ready. We chose to go with Brown’s because they are local to us and we believe in supporting locally owned business. The quality of the liner is fine, the work was done in the time frame given. It was the lack of response to emails, voicemail, and texts that has me frustrated.

Slow work, poor follow through and no communication. If you need a pool built, hire someone else.
