Went in to get an estimate on fixing my car but they wouldn’t give me one until they looked at what the other insurance company gave me for the repair. No other collision place asked for that information. This place was trying to get every cent that the insurance gave me. The insurance stated that they didn’t need that information and if it was more all I had to do was call them so this place had no need for that information. There is only one reason to ask for that.

Avoid! Tried twice (not once) to get estimate for damages… $ 25 for an estimate and then every excuse why to not help a customer!!!
Avoid! Go elsewhere! Too many options out there… will be calling USAA as well to notify of poor service.
