Comcast Service Center

It is extremely disappointing that this company is into price gouging. I have tried several times to get just internet but they have no desire to be accommodating. Its either bundle or nothing! If I were to change to just internet the cost would be extremely high! $ 88/​month! Just to surf the web? Why? A large majority of the time I am not even able to do anything on web because the service is lousy in my neighborhood! I’m changing, I doubt if the other providers can be that much worse!!!

I have never seen a company so unprofessional, being there for only money and gives shit about customer satisfaction. I just moved to this area and I went for Comcast as suggested by my apartment management. Paid for over night shipment to have Internet running next day. It’s been 5^th day today and they have shipped only one part of the product i.e. Hardware to set up TV but failed to mail Internet set up hardware. When I talk to customer care they said it’s still in the ware house and yet to be shipped and if I want it next day I shld pay again for over night shipment ($ 30). In fact they shld return my $ 30 they charged for screwing up my order and not sending me all the set up items overnight. I shld have read reviews before going for this company. There are zillions of Consumer complaints soaring over this company for bad customer experience. This company lacks professional ethics.
