Nothing different from any other Chili’s but wanted something predictably edible today. Local establishments seem to be very hit and miss. Wait staff was very polite and attentive. Good was ready quickly but it was also a bit quiet for the afternoon.
Had a little time before a movie around the corner and thought this would be a great way to pass a little time.

Foods always good! If you can ask for Nicks section hes a great server! New Fresco salad is awsome paired with Margarita flatbread! Also super kid friendly love the tablet games on the table. This one is a go tos for quick meal non fast food meal.

I’ve been a loyal chilis customer for years. Always chose it over over chain restaurants. UNTIL I moved to Dothan. I’ve been here 3 times. Twice were to go orders and once we ate in. Our to-​go orders are NEVER to go. We place the order 40 – 50 minutes in advance and go to pick it up and end up waiting 40 minutes. I’m assuming that’s because they don’t actually cook it until we get there. The one time we did decide to go in and eat. We were there 2 hours, Between waiting on our appetizer and our actual meal. Worst service ever. Our drinks were only refilled when we asked for them. Chilis needs to fire every person in this chilis and just start over.

It’s crazy how great service can effect your whole experience. Had Jaime take care of us at the bar. He is awesome, funny, fun, fast and makes a bomb margarita! Definitely was a great stop in between our road trip. He gets 10 stars! Food is always good. Love the Lunch specials.

The one star be happy with that it’s 3 to many food bad service worse especially at bar. Muscles is slow and lazy you might get a refill. To busy playing in back with the ladys. Been there 3 time all three BAD

Five stars for the excellent service we received yesterday afternoon. Our waitress was really the nicest person and very hospitable. She was very accommodating to our needs. The food was great, especially the desserts such as the molten lava cake and the giant chocolate chip cookie. Definitely highlighted our trip with excellent service!

The weekend bartender was very attentive and nice. Now for the real reason I felt compelled to write a review. They are touting the new sweet and smoky burger. The sauce was not smoky at all. It tasted like pureed tomatoes and sugar. Not appealing at all. The burger had no taste either except for the onion ring on it.

I am a very loyal chili’s customer. Favorite thing on the menu is their Presidente Margarita. I came to this chili’s for the first time. The Presidente Margarita did not taste the same as I am used to. They did not use the same tequila as the normal chilis I visit. I believe they used Jose Cuervo, which in my opinion is nasty. The mix also did not taste the same. Overall, the food did not taste as good as we are used to either. The customer service was okay, nothing outstanding.

Stopped by this location on a Sunday afternoon. No wait — got seated immediately. Ordered promptly and waited for about 20 minutes. I got the guacamole burger and asked for it well done. As you can see in my picture there ain’t no way they cooked this burger more than 2 minutes. I took a large bite assuming they cooked as I ordered. I almost immediately knew it was raw after taking a bite. The only reason I gave em a 2 is they did agree to take it off the bill. We didn’t have time for them to cook one for us so I elected to help my wife eat her meal. The waitress was not very friendly or helpful. The manager did not stop by and apologize either but was asking customers all around us how everything was and appearing to avoid us as they knew I wasn’t happy. C’mon chilis — you even have a warning in your menu saying it may cause sickness if you eat undercooked food! On the positive side my wife’s food was good :)

I have a general rule about not reviewing franchise/​chain restaurants because they are generally the same as they are anywhere and most people have their own expectations and assumptions about them which are usually correct.
The weekend, daytime bartender at this chili’s is freakin fantastic and I just had to comment on it since great service has been really hard to come by in Lower Alabama. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being invasive and he seemed well-​liked by the patrons across the board. He had a whole bunch of conversations going on about completely diverse topics and truly seemed to enjoy what he was doing.
You know what you are gonna get there in terms of quality and originality of food — but the service with this bartender was an awesome surprise (we have both been twice now when he was working and he is def. consistent!).
