Good place to stop in Dothan. Be it breakfast or lunch easy place to get in and out of. Never had an issue here at this location

The staff at this Chick-​fil-​A always go above and beyond. I have never had to wait for my food here. As soon as I get done paying, the food is in my hand and I’m ready to go. I like to take my toddler there as a treat, and staff makes a point to help me out if needed. Once, when my arms were full of my daughter, purse, etc., one of the staff insisted on taking my tray to a table for me and bringing over a high chair. I love that they have the placemats that you can stick to the table for little ones.

I went to chickfila during the lunch hour while it was quite busy. I got in line and waited about a minute or so and then ordered and my food was in my hand before I had even finished paying. Great service!

Waiting in line to order a meal and was completely ignored by the young lady waiting on customers. I felt since they had a history of not including everyone they had decided to start on older white males now. Was upset and disappointed in them.

This Chick-​Fil-​A is consistant with others I’ve visited.
However, avoid it at all costs during lunch as the drive-​thru line will reach out the parking lot, down the road into the highway. However, in their defense, they are very quick at doing the drive-​thru!

For a chick-​fil-​a, I was pretty disappointed. The sandwich was dry and the drivethru was absurdly long.
