You get what you pay for I guess. Lived there for 2 years. The apartments are old, but they are not necessarily falling apart(at least mine wasn’t). There are several holes in the wall that have been patched up and look ugly. The neighbors are incredibly loud and they smoke in the bathroom and turn on the vent so I get all the cigarette smell being the one upstairs, but I guess that’s not managements fault. The laundermat always has something wrong. I once found someone laundry in the dryer with my stuff. At some point, squirrels were living inside the walls and management said they can’t do anything about it. But it’s cheap, safe, quite and on the good side of town. So if you can live with those things go for it.
