I’ve been coming here for over 15 years but I’ve had enough with this place. They are constantly f***ing up. And sue the owner needs to hang it up. She literally just waxed off half of my eyebrow. I couldn’t be more pissed. She needs to learn to follow simple direction I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up not taken away. I’m so done with this place. Never returning.

Saturday I got the worst manicure ever. I guess if you’re not in need of a full set and have your own beautiful natural nails, they can’t be bothered. No, I don’t want gels or fake nails. Thanks for charging me an additional 5 bucks to slap on cement to save a nail broken too far down to break without bleeding. The 1 star is for my brows. Love the brow lady.

Manicurist kept interrupting my fill to do other clients eye brows, most of the nail polishes are very obviously watered down (I own the nail polish I picked out, and it was very diluted). The paint job on my nails isn’t smooth at all. Probably won’t be going back. I’d rather pay more to have someone who doesn’t interrupt my manicure every 5 minutes to see another client and to have nail polish that isn’t more than half water, no wonder it took 30 minutes of drying and it still looks sloppy. Very unprofessional and rude. Also the atmosphere was like a sweat shop, no ac, door wide open.
