Fantastic! Especially for a cel phone store. I’ve had several bad experiences with this type of place in the past, so I had low expectations. However, I had just bought a new phone(direct online from the manufacturer) and I needed a micro SIM card for it as my previous phone used a full size SIM card. I also did not want to lose the several hundred contacts I had saved on the SIM card. I called them before going to make sure this was feasible and to make sure they were actually open, as it was within an hour of their listed closing time. I spoke to Marcus on the phone, and he assured me it would all be no problem. When I got there, probably 10 – 15 min after I had called, they were fairly busy. At least enough so that all of the employees were engaged. I was immediately told it would only be a few minutes. Sure enough, about two minutes later I was helped by Jeremy(I am pretty sure that is his name; if not, I apologize for remembering wrong!!) He transferred all my contacts etc over to the new phone, and then set me up with a new micro SIM card to fit my new phone. All in all it only took about twenty minutes, didn’t cost me a dime, and had a very pleasant experience overall. MUCHTHANKSTOALLATTHEFIELDSCORNER T-MOBILE STORE!!!

They absolutely suck! It takes forever to make a payment and one of their employees do not know how to put on a screen protector. My phone has ten bubbles in it and when I ask for a refund they say that they had nothing to do with it and will not do anything about it.

I must say off the bat: their customer service is AMAZING Ebony and Jeremy worked with my father and I, and they both were incredibly patient, respectful and knowledgable. Even when interrupted by rude customers, they never lost their cool. Ebony worked with my dad and Jeremy worked with me. They both worked diligently to apply the screen protectors on my dad and I’s brand new iPhone 6 plus. Jeremy also helped with transferring my dad’s dinosaur phone sim contacts into the new iPhone. Great help. Ebony greeted every single customer coming through the door. Incredibly friendly staff! I cannot stress that enough. In regards to the previous review, she said they do no provide bill pay. Perhaps they didn’t before, but they definitely do as of now!

A new tmobile I wouldn’t recommend. They do not have a kiosk for bill payment and had a big ordeal over upgrading my phone.
