Went to this place today. Singed in, sat down and waited. After I got tired of waiting I took my stuff and left. I’m sorry but if I’m coming to your business to pay you money for a service at least get the hell off your lazy ass and do your damn job. There were three women sitting down on their phones doing absolutely nothing, so I’m not sure why I had to wait. The place was completely empty. Will never try again.

Be prepare to wait. Even if you get in 2 hours the place opens there will be a line out the door. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and I really like the stylists. It’s hard to find a place in Boston that can take care of my Latin black mix hair. I’m giving them 2 stars cause I’ve issues when waiting in line outside thinking I’m saving my ‘place’ in line. Once the owner arrives and opens the door I wrote my name down in their book and all the sudden someone came out of no where and said they were in their car waiting and arrived before me. The owner didn’t care and let them go before me which added an extra hour to waiting for service. It’s really sad they don’t have a better system in place. I won’t be coming again but if you don’t mind the wait I do recommend it. Just be prepare to speak Spanish or Portuguese.

Rude on the phone. I asked starting prices for a hair cut and he wouldn’t tell me. «Just come in now.» Sorry dude I need to get a baby sitter and you can’t tell me basics.

It doesn’t matter how early you come in here you can always expect a wait. There is a sign in sheet at the desk and you have to sign your name or else you will not get service. English is not everyone’s first language so be prepared to explain what you want if it isn’t just a simple wash and set. They also do not have a price list listed in the store so you may want to ask first before you sit down for services. As for your actual hair they do a good job for the most part I’ve never been disappointed about my actual hair but have felt like I’ve over paid a few times.
