Archangel Boutique

I am not a mall shopper because of seeing another person or two wearing the same outfit I am. Shopping at this boutique allows me the comfort of knowing that if anyone else is wearing my outfit it would be rare. This boutique has a small amount of pieces but they are beautiful. The prices are okay. Not expensive but a little pricey but that is a boutique. Just like my experiences have almost always been it is an excellent last minute outfit place. You can find an outfit for a regular day you want to look nice but also find a gown to wear to a formal event. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Customer service is great. Every time I go she’s open to helping me, gives me advice, and even goes as far as recommending shoes and accessories. When it comes to hours she’s always been open when I arrive. I’ve went at a variation of hours, 11am and 6:30 being a few. All in all, a great place and you will leave happy with whatsoever you buy.

I drive past this Boutique so often and always like the clothes they have on display in their window, well last night I finally ventured inside. The owner was not in, but her cousin was there and was very helpful and friendly. As boutique’s go their prices were not too exorbitant, for example they have a cute summer dress that I want to go back for ($ 68.00) If you like shopping at boutique’s I would reccommend this one. Just an FYI: If you’re looking at the address and are afraid to go to Dorchester don’t let that scare you off it’s in a good section of Dorchester near the Lower Mills/​Milton line (near the Baker Chocolate Factory Apartments). It sounds like in the past their hours were sketchy but now they seem to be open from 10a –7pm, I was there at about 6:15pm yesterday. Check it out.

I love this boutique! It’s adorable and filled with a beautifully edited selection of reasonably priced, stylish pieces. There are jeans, cute tops for going out at night, and fun party dresses. There is new merchandise every week, and always something adorable in the window. I’d suggest becoming a fan on Facebook because the owner posts photos of new arrivals!

Cute boutique, great prices. The owner said everything is under $ 150. The hours are catch-​as-​catch-​can, but the shop seems to be open more frequently. Here’s the catch: the sizes run small (think junior sizes more than regular woman sizes). The owner realizes that many women haven’t worn junior sizes since, well, forever, and says that she’s looking for clothes that are stylish… she’s not found any, though! I did put myself on the mailing list should she finally find some.

I love this place, when they are open! Pros: Owner and staff are helpful with clothing choices and styling tips, yet they don’t annoy you by following you or pressuring you. Pieces are unique and reasonably priced for the most part. Cons: Limited hours.

Limited hours, but it’s totally worth coming here when they’re open. They don’t carry a lot of clothing, but what they carry is beautiful and priced better than what you’ll find on Newbury St… but equally as stylish.
The owner is friendly and lets your browse without pressuring you, but is more than happy to help when you ask for it.
