Everything you could ask for in a Caribbean restaurant! Their curry sauce and jerk sauce is done exactly how it should be done. Call ahead to put in an order for their seafood dishes so you don’t have to wait.
The only 2 things that make this place challenging is parking and food selling out. CALL AHEAD if you’re ordering anything seafood, by 6pm on the weekend cabbage is almost always gone!!! If you’re picking up, be prepared to double park as parking is tricky.
Best things I’ve had were the drunken crab box for $ 10, curry shrimp, and their jerk chicken. I’ve never had a bad meal from this place! A nice hidden gem in Dorchester! You can’t go wrong with Country Kitchen.
The only down side is the waiting area. It needs to be re-done. It feels a tad bit dingy, and be prepared to double park.

This place is amazeballs!!! BEST crab I’ve ever had in my life. I’m addicted to this stuff. I even drink the (juice) after sucking the life out the crab. The fried chicken is great. The jerk chicken is great. The patties are good. Haven’t had much else since I’m addicted to that damn crab!!!

This place is bomb. OMG. Jerk Chicken, Curry Goat, Curry Chicken. I was craving this food everyday until I finally found a recipe and made my own Jerk Chicken. Mine wasn’t as good as theirs, obviously. This place is definitely a must try. Parking can be scarce, I suggest bringing someone with you and double park like everyone else.
