Fix It Quick Plumbing and Sewer Service

I had some major miscommunication with this plumbing service. I needed a water heater replaced that had a hot water circulation system attached, it was working just kinda noisy.
‘FIX IT’ tried to not include the hot water circulation hook-​up (later I realized b/​c they don’t know how to install), but I insisted they add it to their quote, we agreed on $ 200 additional for the circulation system re-​connect. After installation of the new hot water heater they did not run the electrical to it and had simply capped off the circulation system. I was upset and told them the best I could do was a 50% payment for this, they pulled on my heart strings with a ‘thats no way to treat someone /​do business’. We compromised on me finding an electrician to complete installation and him connecting the circulation pump for no extra charge (which is what was the extra $ 200 was for). I paid him in full $ 1445 but later I realized the circulation pump was installed backwards. I still don’t have a working hot water heater and now need another plumber to fix circulation pump and an electrician to wire up. — Keep in mind I had a working hot water heater it was just very noisy to begin with!
