Waited 20 minutes before finally being acknowledged at the store. Made a very large order. A few weeks later went back to make a couple of exchanges which employee assured me there would be no problem doing if necessary.
Manager on the day of exchange was very rude and had the audacity to accuse me of having used the equipment when in fact the box had never even been opened. He was also very condescending, arrogant, and disrespectful. He only spoke Spanish so expect to have communication issues if you only speak English. I left and took my business down the street to Eurohardware. I had a pleasant experience and it turns out they have a much better selection.
